Happy Cinco De Mayo! Tomorrow marks the annual celebration held on May 5, which commemorates the anniversary of Mexico's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza. We are throwing it back to our interview with Rethink Certified partner, Tacombi - who, as our partner, have made a whopping 225K meals to be distributed to our neighbors facing food insecurity.
