I have one similar and did the cat delete and downpipe however, don't know how much power I will get if I do a flash tune also. Does anyone have any ideas?
@@ELHUMPO For the uneducated on this vehicle, this C63 has an M156. A naturally aspirated 6.2L (6,208cc) V8 with an 11.3/1 compression ratio. This is not a turbocharged vehicle. I own it as a coupe in Diamond White Metallic paint lol.
Came here to say this. Some people are confusing it with headers or a frontpipe. Whether it’s because someone told them it’s a downpipe or the pipe goes down, it doesn’t make sense
Buddy they’re called headers with the car is NA. If it’s a turbo car then it’s a down pipe. A down pipe is literally a pipe coming off the exhaust housing of the turbo and running downward to avoid smacking the firewall. Headers are when the exhaust of a NA car come out of the exhaust side of the head on the engine. Both are equally a pain in the ass, especially if their long tube headers/big DP, to install but are very different in practice. Order headers for a turbo car and the autozone guy on the phone wouldn’t have a clue what’s going on if they aren’t car literate. Do better next time

Aren’t headers the more appropriate term for a naturally aspirated engine? DP is generally used for turbocharged engines.
