Diversity (as in DEI, Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity) is not what you think it is, or more to the point, it is not being done for the reasons you think it is. It is to artificially push the minority demographic in (that can also include the worst for the job) and the majority demographic out to ensure the minorities have equal (or more) power than the majority. Ultimately it will ensure lower standards.
None of them other outlets are getting anywhere near the same funding. Gript are really top notch with questions that will de-materialise their facade for only protecting their privileged positions with blether.
If she wants all these types of programmes on tv, she needs to follow up on them. There should me more choice of programmes, not more diversity. I would like to see some sci fi or horror or comedy, not all these cooking shows or dancing shows or repeats.
You’ve got to love a good dose of diversity once a day.. 😂

Diversity is only "great" in the context of a book of fairy tales. Human nature means that diversity in any meaningful sense will never be a thing. Human society has grouped together since forever fundamentally along lines of firstly race (tribe), then secondly along lines of shared culture, belief or values (religion, views on what behaviours are acceptable socially, etc)
Like it or not, we are and will remain animals. No political ideology will ever change that. History tells us that whenever it has been attempted, particularly in terms of extreme left wing thinking (ie communism), war, revolution and bloodshed ALWAYS follow. That's where we are headed VERY quickly at this moment in time - politicians like the lady in your video don't even try to hide it any more. It's arrogance, they think they know better than anyone else and aren't listening to valid concerns put to them.
