There's no way on earth I'd be able to run all that at once... I'll need a new computer first...

Use a VM or RDS. Paperspace, Amazon Workspaces, V2 Cloud...etc
Maybe you could demo a few attacks through the internal wifi card, or maybe advantages or disadvantages of the internal & wifi card adapter.

It keeps requiring me to sign into twitter (Paterva) but when I click the link to sign in it takes me to a blank page

That feels like a bug you should make a GitHub issue or contact Maltego support.
