Had it installed on my previous boat, equiped with a Suzuki Df140, and I got it installed my new boat the the Verado. It´s a play n´plug harness. @@locodiablo8130 nice ive been a yamaha guy but i went and got a merc 150 cuz it cost me as much as a 115 and no yamahas any where in ALASKA rn so i got a deal on that motor and just got it i got a 20x6 flat bottom aluminum boat with a 20 transom
I think that’s how it used to be. At least here in Nordics they are selling crazy amounts of Mercuries since about 5 years. They couldn’t do that as it’s cold, snowy, and the Baltic sea is vast. Peoplw would die if Mercuries would not be reliable as the Japanese engines.

Yea, no. I've always seen Merc and Yamaha as the 2 most reliable. Older Johnson's too but later years not so much.
