What a beautiful engine!!! That whistle also sounds amazing on her along with that bronze bell. :)
Absolutely love it!
What did you use to film this? The quality is great!
+EMDX90 Over the winter I upgraded to a Sony a6000 mirrorless camera and a Magnus VT-300 tripod.
Sorry, I got in your shot at Riverside
+Christian Holbert You were there first, it was entirely my fault. I had just assumed you would move further back once the train got closer, and I should have asked you what your plan was or chosen a different shot.
+SmokyMtnSteam well ok. I felt bad for getting in your shot. Thanks, amazing video, do you live near Knoxville?
Like I said, it was completely my own fault.
I live in south Knoxville, although in the fall and spring I'm attending college way up in Johnson City.
+SmokyMtnSteam Nice, I live in Powell, Tennessee,; outside Knoxville
Oh! I guess you are aware of the model railroad museum on ETSU's campus.
What kind of whistle is on her?
It’s actually a Southern Ry 5 chime owned by the chief engineer/general manager of the railroad. I’ve seen it up close and personal.
