Evidence that the base building in fallout 4 was insanely underrated. Edit: Time to clear my biases. Core FO4 sucks, but it isn't completely unplayable. The base building in vanilla is *okay* at best. Bethesda games at their core are usually never good, but are extremely moddable to make the game something worth playing. Always expand on the base building. I am glad its in FO4, because mods make an okay system into an absolutely amazing one.
I wouldn't say underrated, it's an absolute nightmare to do even the most basic things without overhaul mods to fix the horrible snapping and inconsistent red placement restrictions. It definitely has incredible potential though if you're willing to mod.

I never know what to build at the starlight drive-in so I use it to build a meat/exp farm. Rows of ragstag cages that can be refilled with carrots. Then rows of yaoguai cages that can be refilled with ragstag meat and then rows of deathclaw cages that can be refilled with yaoguai meat. The book to get double the meat per animal and the butcher machine mean you get 4 meat per animal. Even with all the meat you use to refill ages, you still have plenty to roast and get even more exp. Then sell all that meat to empty a few seller's inventory.
@@felipeprado679 the spawn cages should be standard with the wasteland workshop DLC, look around at whats buildable, i haven’t played in a bit so i forget what category it’s under but you should already have them if you’ve got the DLC.
Oh no there is more than enough easy available food sources that are more efficient. In fallout it's just a willing choice to get the special meat for the Iguna bits and profit from it.

When you have a conveyor that doesn't have a item selected it brakes said item down so like raiders into there clothes guns ammo and others like oil cans into aluminum and oil

Ive messed with the cages a little bit, but i never thought about using conveyor belts. It seems so obvious now, but honestly great idea
