You are the only other travel vlogger that I've seen talk about bed bug precautions! As someone who has both dealt with them at home from someone in my family bringing them back from somewhere, and also had them at an Airbnb in Mexico City (which looked SUPER clean and aesthetic), I can agree with you that it's better safe than sorry! I have the same Beis luggage and love that it's light colored inside so you can see if there's anything hiding in there 👀

Hi I feel the same as you mention about flour.The flour is process different in US. I don't have gluten issues until I move to US. Asian flour is not make me feeling sick.
I loved hearing your trip reflections! My office is in a “shed” outside our main house & using a tray would be so helpful to take my breakfast out in the morning. I also feel the same way with my dairy intolerance- I can eat all the buttery croissants with no problems in France but in the US I would be in pain.

I’m not a nutritionist, but could you have a sensitivity to preservatives? The US uses a lot of chemical preservatives that are banned in most of the eastern countries. I have a huge sensitivity to it and have to be careful what I eat here, but when I went to Europe, I had almost no symptoms to the same types of breads and pastas. Again not a nutritionist, but just an idea! ☺️

who knows! i like to think most of what i eat is whole foods but everything feels processed in some way these days...
