Reset Vlog… a reality check from the internet (p.s. social media is fake)

Hey everyone! So this video started out as me trying to vlog myself having a bit of a reset, but it quickly became a bit of a reality check. It’s not like we can just wake up one day and suddenly decide to reset our whole lives like we see in those aesthetic videos online… healing is a process, it takes time, so don’t worry if these ‘reset days’ aren’t as perfect as you plan for them to be.
We are all human and are allowed to feel, too.
