I like the idea of holding the disc where it should be and letting it stay there as you run up so the arm naturally extends back. Will have to try that to avoid some variation. Thanks for the vid!
I really needed that bit of advice about the elbow for timing, last couple rounds I went with my more stable discs for practice at a shorter course and everything leaked left out of my hand, but my footwork was decent, couldnt figure out what was happening. On bigger courses I think it's less of an issue because when I'm going for a full power throw I'm using all the arm I got, but all arm doesn't make for an accurate line. The one shot that felt great that round was when I was up against a tree and had to get it tight to my chest and keep my forearm from getting too close to the tree, go figure. Thanks!
