Hugh has disappointed me with his attitude regarding Political Correctness - I think it's a very good thing, and simple decent manners in most respects. I assumed he was taking the piss with those songs, it's a shame to discover he meant it.
I've seen hugh a few times since he left the stranglers....and I always thought hugh has never been given the credit he truly deserves.
