- Some serious smoke, and fire show by a Greek Volvo F16 twin turbo dragster truck!! I recorded this on 30 May 2015 in YouTruck Fiesta at Afidnai, Greece. Video taken with Sony Xperia Z3 @ 720p HD.

No, it's a 400m dragster truck
Its a euro truck and euro trucks dont do tractor pulling that much

Kurt Stroobandt nope.. Few years ago it was a normal F16 white cab, then it got greatly modified for aerodynamics

Ok,just looked at an other video of this truck,and the whole top is modified indeed...just the grille stayed the same 👍
I don’t know much about engine engineering. But isn’t diesel engine is for power not speed? Won’t gasoline engine be faster than diesel?

김경미 the physics behind speed don't change because of the fuel. It takes so much power to push so much weight so fast. Vehicle weight, gearing, aerodynamics, drivetrain parasitic losses determine performance. Diesels, with their heavy reciprocating assemblies do not accelerate as quickly as their gasoline counterparts ( I am talking about engines in the 6 liter and up category like this one ) so matching the driveline combination to the power output is much more critical.
