That's interesting... combining both bodily instinct and spiritual control. A brute would just keep doing a barrage of punches in panic frenzy. A person who is fully in control cannot make up his mind, therefore he is thinking too much and that'll make him slow. But a balance of both Yin and Yang is an interesting concept, which if it is applied, then one would be able to express himself spiritually in the form of bodily combat. No wonder why great leaders are a blend of insanity but sane at the same time. Martial Arts really is a philosophy if you look at their history.

He described the method he used for punching as the microsecond he thought about the punch, it was thrown in milliseconds. He taught this punching method to Jhoon Rhee who dubbed it the "accupunch" and in turn, Rhee taught it to Mohammed Ali.

I didn't have a clue what he was going on about when I was a kid but now I'm older and familiar with philosophy, I fully understand not only what he's saying, but exactly how ahead of his time he really was. His fights were enough for me but now I understand a lot of what he describes, it's just insane.

Many idiots think Bruce was just an actor especially nowadays, i wonder if they ever watch this video?, everything about Bruce is real fight, he was the living embodiment of ufc/mma, so to say he was just an actor and not a real fighter just because he did not participate in sports while having this kind of mindset and being in human physical fitness peak is just plain dumb and ignorant.
