You took a scene from a fictional series on Bruce Lee's life and assumed that Lee had an actual fight with a Karate guy in a tournament. That never happened.

Bruce Lee would win because Chuck can't match Bruce's speed.
Chuck never fought in full contact bouts. It was all point fighting. So no, he wan't a proven fighter.
But more than Bruce ever was. Bill Wallace said that Chuck Norris would have been as successful in full contact as he was on point fighting but full contact wasn´t around when Chuck was fighting, so it wasn´t Chuck´s fault.
No rare footage of Bruce and Chuck properly fighting at all....sorry, nothing worth watching....mainly old footage seen else where.
