We absolutely HAD to go back and check out what is NEW at the Princess Breakfast Adventure at the Napa Rose in Disney's Grand Californian Resort and Spa! This has become one of our FAVORITE princess dining spots all across Disney. Have you been? If so, let us know what were your thoughts! If not, would you splurge on this experience?
How does the meeting of the princesses work? Do they signal you when they change? Do you go at certain parts of your meal?
@@mariapadilla4849 Really great question! So, it's mostly entirely at your leisure. That said, the princesses do rotate, I want to say every 30 minutes or so. What happens is that they will station them 3 at a time in the patio area. You go out from one door, pretty much meet them one after another in one session, and come in from the other side (you certainly don't have to meet all three if you don't want to. If you just want to meet one or two in that lineup, you can, as well). And once you meet them, you can come back to your table. Your server/cast member generally does a really good job of letting you know when the next round of the 3 different princesses is ready, and you can pretty much just head out whenever you're ready. The only thing that I would recommend being at your table for is for the dessert presentation at the end. Otherwise, you can come and go as you wish and meet them as many times as you want. They may also have a couple of princesses sprinkled elsewhere (in the foyer/bar area or in a room with a photopass photographer right as you come back in from the patio), but for the most part, the princesses are out on the patio area. Honestly, the meal is not rushed at all, and you get 5 hours of complementary valet parking, so theoretically, you can stick around for all 5 if you wanted to. We have been there now twice and generally spent about 2 hours each time, and we just took our time and met the princesses whenever they are there. If there is one princess who may be slightly behind schedule or you happen to miss her, the cast members are very understanding, too. Tiana was a little late for us this last time, so we had met everyone else except for her, and at that time we had mostly finished eating, but it wasn't a problem. Just waited with some coffee and had a little bit more like fruits and sweets, and met her and we were good! Sorry for the long-winded essay, but ALL that is to say, wouldn't worry about it. They really take care of you there!
Oh what a nice experience for you guys to see the princesses at napa rose princess adventure breakfast in Disneyland. So the princesses rotate similar to akershus and Cinderella's royal table at disney world. And also Cinderella's royal table is at magic Kingdom and akershus is at epcot that's the princess dining experience and they make some reservations for the guests to meet some princesses!!!! At Cinderella's royal table and akershus it has breakfast lunch and dinner. You guys were so good!!!!
Thank you thank you! Yes, we have tried them all! At the Napa Rose, it's a little bit different, as you go to see the princesses rather than them coming to your table. We actually kind of prefer that a little more just because you get to meet them at your leisure. Sometimes, at CRT and/or Akershus, a princess would stop by just in time for us to have our mouth full of food... Hahahahaha! Glad that you're enjoying our videos. Looks great. One of my grandaughters really wants to go but I have 6 others as well so may be pricy! I loved how you can go to them when you're ready. I'm from the Bay Area also!
Really appreciate that! 100% hear you. This one is definitely a pricy experience... Last time we went was back in 2023 and only just came back a year later. All things considered, this is still one of our favorite dining experiences in all of Disney. Really glad to hear you've enjoyed watching, and yay for the Bay! 😁
The food here certainly seems elevated and I truly appreciate that you can meet the princesses at your own pace. I have Goofy's Kitchen coming up next week, but I'll have to make a reservation here soon! Such a lovely review guys - really grateful for your honesty!
Love Goofy’s kitchen too! The food there is quite good! If you’re into peanut butter and jelly, they have a pizza, which people either love or hate haha. I’m in the We love it camp! Yes this one does offer a more elevated experience, and the price point certainly reflects that, but we still think it’s worth it. Enjoy Goofy’s Kitchen! We wish were in Disneyland right now! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I went to The Princess Breakfast Adventure yesterday. I LOVED IT!!!!! The food was SO good and I loved seeing the princesses! I saw Mulan, Belle, Tiana, Jasmine, Pocahontas, and Rapunzel

Im so interested in this but worried about how itd be for just 2 adults as the website description talks about children specifically. Ive had mixed experience on princesss seeming comfortable with adults. Would you recommend it for just adults? I thought about just doing Storytellers since Mickey & friends are always so good with adults. But it'd be so special to meet all the princess!
Ah great question! Mike and I just go as two adults and we have the best time there interacting with the princesses!!! Adults also start the meal with a complimentary mimosa (well prepaid so there is no extra up charge). We would totally recommend. If you’re worried about the princesses, maybe think of a question to ask them about that’s in their universe to spark the conversation like how their favorite sidekick animal is doing or perhaps their prince… Honestly, we’ve never had an issue as the cast members are amazing! Hope this helps!

This is a wonderful breakfast for sure! And no! You don’t need a ticket to Disneyland or a theme park reservation! This one is inside the Grand Californian, so it’s easy and comes with 5 hours of complementary parking! Hope you enjoy!!!

Is this a seasonal thing? I can’t seem to book it, we are going in October
Great question! We think it’s year round, but bookings can be challenging. They only offer it Thursdays through Mondays from 8 am to 11 am so do keep that in mind. Keep checking back, as availabilities do pop up! Depending on when you’re going in October, they might not have opened the reservation windows for it as it’s typically done 60 days out. Good luck!!

What princesses did you meet at napa rose?
There were so many! We met... Let's see: Tiana, Belle, Rapunzel, Raya, Mulan, Aurora, Pocahontas, and Ariel this time! Last year, Jasmine and Snow White were there but no Raya or Rapunzel.

Oh that’s interesting! We were there last year, too! The portion size didn’t seem significantly different this year, but it’s quite possible! More for less, that seems to be the trend unfortunately!
