    Look at the words I chose today, I can say I am really not all that happy. I can clearly see that most of my thoughts this morning have me in a state of Anger followed closely by Fear. That is a bad combination to start your day. I am glad I took notice of the energy before I started my day. I am hoping I can use this information to not bring my energy to others.
