Glad you enjoyed! Yes, unfortunately the extras are just included on the UK 18 disc version (as far as I know). It's still available from Amazon, and worth every penny. :-)

Unfortunately no. This is just a short clip that was part of the Due South DVD extras, and that's all there is. :-/ Very charming, isn't it? :-)
