Just to show you a few essential tips I've found to help you level up in FarCry 4.
These are beginners tips.
Level up early with these 5 simple tips, this will help you toughen up and still enjoy the game at your own pace afterwards
Also sorry about the weird sound on commentary, sharefactory has started to phase shift/digitize my commentary when I render the video. no idea why, no hits on google for this problem.

I have completed every craftable bag before completing 20% of the game .
That make the gameplay experience so much better

I think you can easily go top of the tower using the helicopter to save more time ;)

GYROCOPTER!
You can land the gyrocopter directly on the top floor of the tower which can save you trouble climbing it up....
I recently decided to buy Far Cry 4 so do you remember if you can land on the top floor of every bell tower or just a few cause of the way there designed ? Soory really new 2 far cry 4
@@GoobieDoo86 I believe you can do it for everyone, but sometimes you may have to “crash” into them
I tried but I couldnt. it either slips or doesnt allow you to land on roof.
@@angel29476 not on roof, just crash into the top floor like the helicopter scene in martrix 1 when they rescue Morpheus…

I literally spent hours trying to tear down that poster!!!! Flew helicopters...jumped and all you have to do is burn it!? I'm so stupid!

I actually managed to jump and tear one down. Maybe it wasn't as high as others, but after a couple of tries it worked. Good video btw, good tips, thank you!
I started flying around throwing Fire bombs at the ones I could not reach and than I started just using my mini grenade launch and blowing them up from the Buzzar.....The Mini is considered a sidearm so you can use it while flying.
Steinyb youre not the only one, I only realised that after throwing a molotov in frustraion

Here is another tip,early in game(After unlocking the ghale homestade)Get 40 bear skins,sell them all(Each sells for 7600)
buy the garden,get the harvester skill,and just harvest the plants,then sell them(Jump off cliff to get the plants to respawn real quick)and repeat

Thanks for sharing. I found an easy way to find masks. In the vicinity, open camera and the mask or other collectibles will be outlined for finding. Thanks again for your video.

I have to say, I’d never played a Far Cry game ever before. I got Far Cry 5 a few months back, then grabbed New Dawn, both for just $15. So I decided I’d give this one a go, and I quite like it. Far Cry seems really light on story/narrative/writing, but the gameplay is really, really good. The shooting feels great. The tactical freedom of taking down outposts. Its all enjoyable. I love a great storyline as much as anyone, but these games prove that you can have a great time without it really. If they ever put their heads together and can cone up with a better narrative, they could contend for GOTY.
Far Cry 3 was pretty big on story, but it was so non-linear and a lot of it even easy to miss, that many people didn’t like it or argued it wasn’t well done at all. I tended to agree with that at first, but after numerous playthroughs, though it has its flaws, I’ve decided that it’s actually quite brilliant and ambitious, not to mention fun and enjoyable. The voice and character acting is also first class, particularly with what became arguably the franchise’s most well liked character - Vaas, by Michael Mando.

@@shoveitupyourtube i hadent played a farcry before. But saw them on sale and picked up 3 classic edition, 4 gold, primal gold, and 5 with new dawn gold for less than 50$. I have been loving it. Other than the fps/screen tear with 3 (i understand its the port) but i had an absolutely amazing time. Its so well built, simple, & expansive in its own ways. Once i got to 4 i started to miss 3 with how everything was straight forward and not so evasive to figure things out (probably not the best words to use) but i 100% agree with you and thank you for your comment. It was great to read.
You can use the helicopter to liberate the tower - fly up to the top

Yes, I kicked the door down. Look down, then press R3 and you kick it it. Works for some wooden plank barriers too. :-)
i always love the fact that even though i am very proficient at video games i can come to youtube and seek helpful tips from other good gamers. great video, very helpful for FC4 beginners =D

Good tips. Far cry 3 took me 50 days and i had to figure up how to ease the game. In FC3 it would be - get to radio towers, hunt, craft, liberate outposts, collect relicts and have fun.

I know every single nook and cranny of this game at this point, and yes, these are pretty great tips. Rushing the towers is probably the first thing you should do.
I never really comment, give a like or subscribe to someone but your explaination and helpful tips was very clear and outstanding that it gave me the urge to do all that. This is the best advice i watch so far

If the boars or whatever you're killing is up close knife it and you will still get the clean kill wth double the resources.

Just be careful when you attempts to shoot down a bear, or rhinos with only just a bow. It's quite complicated really. Unless you find a higher spot to mow 'em down of course

I finished FC4 about 4 or 5 times, i'm on my 5th or 6th playthrough, depending on how many times i actually played it.. :D

The helicopter is called a buzzer. If you go onto the map and press Y (or in your case triangle) it shows the names of things that show on the map and allows you to control what you see on the map.
Thanks Zachary, yeah shame that you seem to be the only one in the game who can fly the Buzzer, I wouldn't mind blasting a few of them from the sky!

For me, gyrocopters get disrupted (like when you go too high)' if you go near a tower

The Masks are well hidden but can be found more easily if you hear the sound incantation . The sound becomes louder when you are very close. I Just noticed this after playing a while lol.

you can land or jump on the top of a tower & also you can Auto-drive to any where you marked GPS in the map and sure you colud collect clean kills by knife the same as the bow and please buy the locations maps ,check the unlocking tree system and when you attacking enemy base destroy the alarm and have fun :)

I just started playing this after I discovered part 3 on pc, so fun, psn had part 3, 4, and 5 for $15, best deal ever, still lots of players online
I ended up hunting first, looking for those darn elusive goats so I could upgrade my wallet, I ended up upgrading pretty much everything else first before looking on the internet to see they always hung around the small lake area south of Kilana Bazar...
Molotov cocktails... Of course... Now I feel dumb.
This are basic tips that get explained early on in the game though the helicopter location was a usefull tip though i was surprised you talked about going to all the towers and then just landed next to them instead of on top.
+Blazekingz ah yes - that was genuinely because I'd tried it, failed by sliding off the roof of the tower, dying, thinking that doesn;t work and then just telling you guys to get there in the buzzer. In my next (or one after) tip vid i do show how to land on the tower's ledge for easy claimage. But, at least by climbing you have a chance to get all the loot on the way up. :) lame excuses over...thank you for watching lol :)

The way I do it is set an away point on the mask and thin go their and check out the area with my camera, it will outline the mask.
Allen Huff yeah I put that in one of the vids, though sometimes its really hard to spot the marker through your camera :)
I heard a rumour that so long as the killing shot is with a bow, you get the double skins, so you could soften them up ith other weapons.

pro tip ... fly to the top and unlock the tower then carefully fly off and do that with the rest of the bell tower

Good stuff! The "helicopters" are called "buzzers" in the game. Good tip to use molotovs to destroy posters. I used a C4 charge placed on the inside of the belltower wall to destroy the one you showed - detonated from the ground outside, but your suggestion is easier. :-)
I wish I had money problems like I have in Far Cry 4. Instead of not having enough money, I constantly have too much noney when playing that game, leading to me not being able to empty my inventory by quickselling everything...

Yeah that does in fact make it much easier, but I realized that I actually likes the puzzle-like nature of going up those towers hehe
I was about to give up on this game after a few hours due to the issues in getting from a to b ... gonna try again now with the helicopter n see if that helps!!
Actually nope - cant get to the helicopter as two buses in way and when i pass them it says out of bounds WTF!!
@@spiteri71 You have to progress through the game a bit more to unlock the rest of the map, the beginning of the game blocks you from most of it. There is a helicopter right outside of the broken bus you are probably talking about, which gets unlocked after a few main quest missions for the golden path
I was killed by the buzzer once (yes the mini helicopter is called buzzer), I was flying toward a bell tower, as usual I landed it on the ground but this time the ground hill had an angle, so the buzzer fell down and it's spinning wings cut me half-less, I died instantly. After that, I never use the buzzer anymore =))

you can also land the heli in the top so you can just straight away brake the radio thingy. Also i dont think you miss anything important onmy opinion, because climbing those towers is straight away boring
if you have a red dot sight do enemies see the red dot as you see there snpier dots?

Brilliant video, Subscribed! It's easier to fly the gyro-copter to the top of the tower, although you do miss the collectibles at the bottom.

have you tried just flying to the top?
Something I discovered is that if you are having problems finding predators animals, just use 1 bait to attract 1 animal, use the bow and with luck you get back the bait
Another thing, use the hunting syringe instead of using the camera when you are going to liberate an outpost or a fortress, it's more efficient and faster to spot them
I like to jump on a rock or car and throw the bait near. Use the crossbow and bam you have an infinite meat scheme. Do that in specific locations and you can craft most of your items in no time

What i wanna know is when should i start exploring... This is my first far cry game and i just liberated the first tower, i dont if i should do amita mission first or start exploring right away
maybe do the mission to get started with the flow of the game but there's no wrong answer really. Have fun :D

How can you unlock more story missions I can’t find any story missions for the golden path or Anita and Davao maybe I am blind or idk😂
Right so I've played Far Cry 3, 4, Primal & 5
3 was by far the most entertaining
5 was the best story and soundtrack
Primal was quite interesting
4 was just a mess with some fun explosions and yetis in between
Just land the chopper on the tower on the same level the radio equipment is on, much easier and faster

Thanks for the tips. I appreciate them. However im having trouble acessing the rest of the bell towers in northern kyrat. It keeps saying I have to turn back around and theres too many enimies there.
do more main quest missions. after the mission A Key to the North, you and the golden path will take down those same enemies and then you will gain access to the north (I know this comment is old so most likely already knew this all, but it might come in handy for someone else)

What is the best way to spend money when you first start
Ooh good question, I would say ammo at the beginning until you loot enough but the bow and options for it are a good bet
to NVBSCVN92 - buy them up early if you can, you should have plenty of money to spare if you follow all the tips in this video. If not then wait until you need to unlock each area. Good luck mate
Alot easier if you change the vehicle controls to R2 for acceleration
