For thr love of God thank you. These tutorials to start a sock is unuseful but thanks to YOUR video I can now make socks and play with knee high socks. I appreciate the work you did to make this for us!
I agree! I’ve started making half a dozen different sock/slipper patterns with no success. It’s the one thing that I haven’t been able to get right until this video. I now have a cute pair of thick house socks 😊
-magic ring (twist) -chain one -round 1: 7-9 hdc depending on how small or large you’d like the sock to be -pull shut -round 2: 2 hdc in each stitch -round 3: 1 hdc in each stitch -round 4: 1 hdc in first stitch, 2 hdc into following stitch (repeat) -round 5 onwards: hdc into each stitch until sock is as tall as you’d like it to be
Thank you so much! I'm a beginner and am maybe not quite ready for proper heels and toes, so this tube sock is a great place to start. I made my first one with the chunky yarn I needed to use up, it's huge 😆! Very easy tutorial, well presented, greatly appreciated! 😊 👍
I’m making these for an adult with late stage Alzheimer’s who can’t walk and her poor feet are so cold but the socks they have for her are to tight and cut off her circulation. So here we go. Can’t wait.
Hands down the best tutorial thank you so much! I’m working on my second pair and thought I lost this video I was about to cry lol look forward to watching more of your videos!
So instead of making slipper socks I got a little creative and then I turned mine to the cutest puppet I've ever seen didn't really from my feet that I love my puppet now and I did so many paw patrols and everyone loves them
THANK YOU❤ such an easy tutorial I’m doing a pair of inside shoes for my mother in law and i wanted to to a pair of socks too and this is amazing! lovely ❤❤❤
A great wee tutorial Amy Kate. Short & sweet and a good confidence booster that I was on the right track. Thanks also for the tip regarding the starting number of HDCs x by 3 gives the number of HDCs by round 4. It means that not only can I make them smaller, as you said for a toddler perhaps, but also increase the starting number for a larger foot size. Blessings Always 🙏💐✨
My son he’s 15 and has the same speech as you, I always thought it was so unique, impediment or not they know what y’all are saying and don’t take away from intelligence 👍🏽
No you're fine! To be honest that is a tricky question no matter how seasoned you are, but 80 yards per *sock* is a little more reasonable than a full pair!
For my first sock I did 30 rows with a stich marker starting from when you told us to just make it al long as you want. Now I don't have my first sock on me and I'm making my second but i cant figure out where the row ends or starts I count the stiches on one side im at 29 on another im at 29 i crochet to try and figure it out so it is even but I cant plz help me
This is the worst tutorial I have ever seen. This is not beginner friendly tutorial at all because You do not know how to explain and show steps properly.

Yeah, I definitely had to weed through a handful that I didn’t like or didn’t find were explained well, to find this one 😂
I AGREE!!!!!

I made two pairs and already ready to start the third. Super easy and quick, finished 1 pair in 4 hours
Right?! I love how quick they are too!

Finally! I’m so glad I came across this video. Everybody makes it so difficult and you made it very simple. I got a pair done in one evening.

Absolutely love your voice it's so nice and calming❤
My son he’s 15 and has the same speech as you, I always thought it was so unique, impediment or not they know what y’all are saying and don’t take away from intelligence 👍🏽
A speech therapist can help correct this! I’m not saying it’s bad but they can help😊
this was such a great tutorial!! thank you!!
I totally enjoy your videos! Thank you!
BTW, I LOVE my Chronological Study Bible you linked me to!! Blessings 😃
I'm so glad you're here, and I am so glad you're growing closer to Him through that Bible! I am enjoying mine so so much each day as well!
Hi could you share the chronological study Bible link also with me @angelabarnett8183
Thank you for the lovely tutorial! 🐰🐰
Of course! Thanks for watching!
Has anyone made these with just one strand of sock yarn into ankle socks? I’m thinking about trying that
Brilliant
Really like this !! TY
Omg your accent is SOOOOO CUTE!! “fingews” “strawnds”
Thank you ❤❤❤
So glad you're enjoying it!
I am going to make this so i will be back to comment. Thank you
Thank u sooo much 💓
Of course!
Can i use worsted weight yarrn? Would i just increase the stit h count from the start?
What size would i do for a large
Çaba harcanız için teşekkür ederim
So if I want to make a sock for, my mother in law, a size 38. How what’s the number do I start with? 7,8 or 9?
Thank you for making this so easy for me!!! May I ask if it’s 80 yds per sock or per pair? Sorry if I sound ignorant. I’m self taught 😂
No you're fine! To be honest that is a tricky question no matter how seasoned you are, but 80 yards per *sock* is a little more reasonable than a full pair!
What size do these socks fit
She sounds British ❤ in a different way
The link to the free pattern on the blog isn't working :(
How did you start making socks I am new to crochet and I what to learn how to make them
I created a pattern for the Satisfaction Socks for that purpose, and these are even easier!
Can you add Turkish subtitles from the settings?
blog not working
Your website doesn't seem to be working anymore.
Thanks nice ❤😊
I love them!
For my first sock I did 30 rows with a stich marker starting from when you told us to just make it al long as you want. also I dont know where I shouls start counting my stiches
I recommend placing a stitch marker in your first stitch for each round to help you out!
What’s size are these socks ?
They’re written in three different sizes!
Can you show the no of stiches on the dcreen?
I'll keep that in mind for the future!
Will this work with a 5.25 mm hook?
It should! Your gauge would be slightly tighter, so you may need to add an additional increase round or more rounds in general!
She has a speech impediment so don’t be mean😊
No one was btw not trying to be rude
Boy size 9 4 years old
Seriously??? I didn’t hear one at all!!!! Her voice is clear, words are well spoken. Her voice is delightful!!!
Retard is what we call it here in America
It’s pretty rude to point it out if nobody said anything
The video is too fast for people with hearing problems. I can’t figure out how to slow it down!
I'd wished you'd speak louder and into the mic
This is the worst tutorial I have ever seen. This is not beginner friendly tutorial at all because You do not know how to explain and show steps properly.
Thanks for this. I love making socks but hate the way the heel looks; it doesn’t look/feel normal. Going to try this pattern today and add ruffles. 💜🧶
Ah that is such a fun idea!!
What size would i do for a large
