So and everyone I can, so you can reach 100K as soon as possible. You are by far the best rocket league UA-camr that I have come across personally and really try to pattern my playstyle after yours bro. Good shit

Of course! UA-cam can often be seen as “I’m at competition with everyone else” but it really shouldn’t be, it’s so much more fun when everyone supports each other and just gets along
Thanovic, the list of tips were great, but I have some things to add/elaborate more on: 1. Be smart about how you train and don't freestyle in lower ranks. Similar to how always air dribbling can put you out of position, freestyling is generally too dangerous in ranked. You might get a cool clip, but you're more likely to get scored on. If you watch a lot of rocket league youtube, then you'll realize that you should learn certain mechanics at certain ranks. Freestyle moves, like air dribbling, flip resets, and ceiling shots, are completely unnecessary until you hit high plat or diamond. 2. Don't get burnt out. Getting good at rocket league is an extremely long journey. No matter how hard you try or how well you train, hitting grand champion or super sonic legend is going to take at least 100s of hours if not 1000s. With this in mind, remember to have fun and not focus on your improvement too much. If you're spending every day, all day in ranked or training to get a better rank, I guarantee you will get burnt out. Just stick to training about 30 min to an hour and you'll see all of the improvement without significant burnout. 3. Understand the commitment. As I mentioned in the last tip, the road to improvement is a long one, but not a necessary one. If this all seems too daunting, then there's nothing wrong with just having fun. Feel free to stick to casual. Maybe freestyle a bit. Sweating in ranked is not the only way to play this game. Try to figure out your goals with rocket league goals. If you to be the best player in the world, eventually dominating the pro scene, then go for it. If you just want to stick to casual and hit clips, then go for it. If you don't care for either and just to play car soccer, then go for it. All 3 paths are perfectly valid. 4. Focus on yourself. You are the only person that you can control in the game. It is never your teammate's fault that you lost, even if it is. The point is that you will get good teammates and bad ones. Whichever that maybe, they cannot keep you in a certain rank. If you lost because of a bad teammate, then you'd win the next game you have with a good teammate. You have to determine what mistakes you are making, because you can control how you train or how you play. 5. Play with people significantly better than you. At first, queuing with people at a higher level will be difficult. The entire lobby will be better in every aspect of the game than you and do it faster than you can, but you will adapt. This increased difficulty will show you your mistakes and show you how good you can be. You'll see how certain plays that are fine in your rank are going to just get shutdown in these higher lobbies.
@2:30 never apologize for advertising your course. You give away so much free information to help people reach their potential. You've earned every right to put your course in front of our eyes. You deserve to be paid.
Hey Than, after being a hardstuck diamond for months and taking advice from you and other players (mostly the tip of playing lots of 1’s) I’m about 30 MMR away from champ. I’m gonna get there soon! Thanks for doing what you do!
As far as air roll/powerslides... If you have enough control and restraint when using the left analog stick, binding those controls to L3 (or the left stick) isn't a bad idea either. I actually have my individual air roll buttons on the bumpers (L1 and R1), and the air roll button bound to the left stick along with powerslides. Took a little getting used to since I'd press too hard when trying to turn and inadvertently powerslide or air roll, but you can literally react as soon as the thought hits you, since your thumb is (probably) always on the left stick, and each of those controls utilizes the left stick. Just thought I'd share that with everybody in case the bumpers aren't comfortable or they're looking for an alternative.
Been playing since 2016 and I’ve been playing in lower ranks with my friends and trading but now we want to get good woth tourneys this helped a lot man thanks
I have another question: I'm confused about whether i should the ball camera or not. Which one do you use/helps the most during a game? Hope you see this
Use both, be on ball cam more though, use car cam when you're dribbling or going to get boost (only until you position your car to the big boost, though I suggest grabbing mini's more often). Some people don't use ball cam for aerials though, so it's more or less just up to what you feel makes you a better player.
7:08 Every New player: CMON MAN! Honestly i wanted to learn air dribbling because im aspiring to be a freestyler but your right lower ranked players should focus on doing other things to better themselves such as learning the little mechanics or getting better aerial control. Just whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM AIR DRIBBLING!
"you're gonna miss the ball over and over." True. In the moment of the game, if I or someone else does that, initially I react but then I remember that it's common and that everyone does it.
