Unbelievable experience isn’t it, I did mine back in 2001 for my 21st although I don’t think old buckenham airField in England would of produced such spectacular views lol, still one of the best experiences of my life so far. Well done Mike another one ticket off your bucket list.

Hey Mike thanks for the great video I want to ask you
I am not in a gym so I try to do some pushup pull-up...at home In the first I notice a bigger chest and arms but after a few day I start being skinny again I try to eat more but I have high métabolisme so no difference any way to improve my muscle gain. Thanks
The bigger chest and arms come from an immediate pump of the muscle ( it starts working and blood rushes into it giving it the appearance of being bigger). It will take a good amount of working out and a few weeks/maybe months before you see real results. I have a high metabolism too, the biggest help is eating a lot of food, rice, chicken and peanut butter helped too (high in protein and fats). best of luck with the training.
