Sir, there's a traditional item in gujarati called saatpadi which takes so much efforts to make. My mom stopped making it for the last 10 years. I watched your this lachha paratha recipe and tried it today, trust me sir.... my mom told me it is better and easier than the traditional way of making it. Satpadi is made of refined flour and instead of sprinkling wheat flour after rolling, rice flour is sprinkled after applying ghee. One more thing sir, after rolling it can only be cut into strips and not the fan method of lachha. Again these strips can't be all taken together, max 2 can be taken, done pagdi style and then goes in the fridge.Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then roll it as usual.Thereafter it needs to be fried, not roasted..
