I had the same problem since last 2 years. Last month I went to a gestrologist. I underwent colonoscopy, gastroscopy and ultra scans. Doctor told i have H. Pylori, swelling in the rectum and polyps. Doctor suggested H. Kit for 15 days.i have IBS. So he suggested to 3 months medication..
