Does the "bonus" neighborhood have an HOA?

Hi Mike, it does. But the HOA is not really structured, its more of a road maintenance group at this time. The members of the HOA have chosen to have money taken out with their taxes every year to maintain the road. They get together once a year to decide what they should do with it. This neighborhood is called Crossfire Estates.
