    I recently had the opportunity to visit Saudi on a tourist visa. I’m from USA. Saudi was completely different from what I was expecting. It was amazing, beautiful, and the people were so friendly and kind. I love Saudi. I’m already planning my next visit in July.

      Id also like to add that in my experience, I found the safety and security levels in Riyadh and Jeddah to be significantly higher compared to the USA, especially in Buffalo, NY, where I often feel on edge due to safety concerns even while simply driving through various neighborhoods. During my exploration of both upscale and economically disadvantaged areas in Saudi Arabia, I never felt unsafe.

      @@Andrew-hn3gj True, I can leave my children to play with strangers in the middle of the night, and they will be safe. God bless Saudi Arabia and those who help it to create a true legacy. As per my opinion, as an economist, Saudi Arabia has also a great perspective in growing its own production sites, besides Oil and Gas. Market and people is everything, especially native customers. Thanks, Mo for your work. Brilliant cases and guests! Dr.Aizhan Ussenaliyeva.

    • @MerajLX
      @MerajLX Місяць тому

      @3bodsaad For Saudis it is, because they acted they are superior humans in their treatment of migrants while they are most backwards themselves and what fields, 78% of the private sector is run by foreign workers and you didn't even let their families live with them burdening them with taxes on new borns, you don't know that's shameless. Now when you see people would not even step foot on your backwards country you became humble like he said MBS pitched for his services with money and kind words and you even changed your laws for executives and skilled expatriates, still you are inhumane to thousands that are from amongst you. I am sure you won't feel any shamey, because that's broadest your leader can think in terms of your lame vision 2030. But time teaches and it's teaching your leaders, they rolled back Saudisation and exempted taxes to MNCs, pathetic losers.

    • @MerajLX

      @3bodsaad I see you deleted my comment, but don't worry, Jerry is not as good as he seems either. You will be asking more Indians for help very soon. P.s. I am not Indian but that's what's coming for you. Your next boss might be an Indian in case the comment you deleted ached you.

    • @MerajLX
      @MerajLX Місяць тому

      @3bodsaad Then what's Saudisation? 80% of your country's private sector is run by us, and you were so ungrateful to our families that built you a country that you started imposing taxes on our new borns and took our jobs. If that's not something to be ashaymed, then what is? Now when you realised we were leaving at your loss too you left the burden on weaker and poorer ones and lift it off of more capable and skilled individuals that had better places in this world that would accept them. Saudis will always learn things the hard way.

    This is one of the most compelling interviews i have seen. Great questions and the answers what can i say about them.
    From the first instance you might fall into the perception that he is in hospitality so there is alot of flowery language. Then you realize that the guy is putting up his life learnings in the best way possible for people to grasp. Life meaning, happiness, kindness, working hard and giving.
    I have found it hard to believe in happiness in working hard everyday all year and sacrificing. So, the best part for me is his view on this when he opens the door every morning and its show time then at the end of the day you can look back and appreciate yourself if its great and you push yourself to do it again and if not be humble say sorry and try to do better tomorrow.
    Thank you Mo and Jerry.

    I have seen Diriyah construction worker and Jerry said 150 million bricks are needed. Comparing Jerry to those workers in terms of money, education, and quality of life. Jerry can a have huge mansion and salary while those workers are exposed to the sun working. This is a huge society gap that those workers need to be paid well despite the Diriyah large and massive construction. Well I cannot change that because Jerry pays them. He is the CEO.

    “Don’t look for the crown prince to execute vision 2030. Look to yourself to contribute to the execution of vision 2030.”
    Well said Jerry. Well said!
    You can apply that analogy to many different faucets of life. To me vision 2030 reminds me of two inspirational quotes:
    “If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed.
    The vision pulls you.”- Steve Jobs
    “Far and away the best prize life has to offer is working hard at work worth doing.” - Former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt
    As a Saudi citizen who has been working on one of the 5 giga-projects for past 3.5 years, I can honestly and wholeheartedly say, I embody those quotes and I want to thank all my fellow citizens and expats who have sacrificed so much to ensure the whole world can benefit from vision 2030. Vision 2030 will be a watershed moment in the history of mankind and I will do everything within my being to ensure it’s remembered as a catalyst and a stepping stone for “making the world a better place”. That quote is very definition of vision 2030.
