How to Make a Cooling Vest for a Bee Suit, Mascot Costume, Etc.

In this video, I'll demonstrate how I made this cooling vest. I used the following materials:
2 yards of cotton fabric
Reusable, flexible ice packs (I used these: www.target.com...) (Not sponsored btw.) (You can also just use small sandwich bags filled with water.)
A 12" separating zipper
Seam Bias Binding (that I made but can be bought instead)
Thread
An existing vest pattern
Recommended: Ribbon
