I started crying when I heard you talk about it I have been dealing with it my whole life and never knew why I felt like this I thought some thing was wrong with me tell one day a doctor told me it was social anxiety.

I know this is going to sound really dumb, but listening to the beginning of the storytime made me tear up. I have been really badly bullied since 2nd grade and now I'm in 8th grade. In 6th grade I was done and I wanted to die. Seeing that you came from being shy and kids being mean to you, to this beautiful woman gives me hope.

I'm the same way! I'm extremely reserve and shy, when I was younger my mom would also push me into making friends whenever we went to a party. I still get so much anxiety when it comes to talking to people. Most of the time I never know what to say but I really do try to put myself out there, but it never seems to work.

I love that you stood up and prayed for that boy. I know that it’s hard being a Christian in this world, especially as a child so that’s really brave of you. I bet that boy still remembers and appreciates that. You never know what one thing can do for a person. Plus the fact that that girl came in with the negativity when you were praying really shows that that’s exactly what you were supposed to do so the devil wanted to put a stop to it. I've had extreme social anxiety for a good part of my life. It started when I went to middle school and didn't go away. I don't like socializing with people. I have ONE best friend who I'm completely comfortable with. And panic attacks when I feel like it's all too much for me to handle. I won't leave the house by myself. I CAN'T. I'm almost 20 years old and this has ruined my life. But I can't do anything about it. It's here to stay. So I just deal with it the best I can. Everything you explained about how you felt.
