This is the actual recipe in Australia (where the video is shot) and I’ve even seen it in major cities in Italy and England. Never seen it in the States.
Hi! About the sizes, we work with large and small cups, but we use for all our large coffees 2 shots and for the smalls 1 shot, just change the milk texture, its that wrong? Thanks!
Traditionally, it matters. Cap and Flat white should be 6-7oz. And latte should be around 10-12oz. But lots of cafe nowdays just serve it the same size but just different level of foam. My cafe serve 2 ristretto shot on cap and flat white and single espresso shot for latte. All in a 7oz cup.
That coco powder on the cappuccino wrecked my soul man 😬

Great video. How much water is in the long black cup before you extract?

Why not a double riz for the long black out of interest ?
For example my cups are all 8onz cups can I use for flat white, cappuccino and latte

Cortado ? 😄
That’s what they call most likely the Flat White in Australia?
@@SchnauzerClinton cortado isn't very common in aus. Also a flat white is different, ostensibly a flat white is a latte but the milk is steamed less
that chocolate ruined art
