Don't get me wrong 750,000 eu is a lot of money , but for that property that's seem's like a good value.
It really is, especially given how close to Ostuni it is!
As a comparison, EUR 750,000 will buy you an apartment in Haarlem (the Netherlands).

What makes you say the value is good? We are talking about Italy not UK or USA etc? It looks good I agree but value depends also the amount of land which is not given in the video.
@@mradventurer8104 I think the size of the land and the style of the Villas with the great covered porch areas brings value. I would never be a landlord but this could work for a family who is not wealthy.
The properties you show are really wonderful but I wish I could have a little bit more time to see things. I get a little bit motion sick from how fast the tour is. Like in one case the guy was already walking out of the building and the videographer was just wizzing the camera around super fast and rushing to keep up with him, and not that they were going too slow, it was because they hadn’t even had time to film the whole thing yet and the guy talking just left. Anyway I never do get to see the ends of your videos because things like. But I do like the properties you show and I want to see them. I just through you should know, so if you see your viewers dropping off midway through. I hope you recognize that this might be something that other people are experiencing too. Also I wanted to see a view from those terraces on top of the little cabin type bedrooms (I forget the name). Seeing the view from vantage points that could be enjoyed from actually being there would be really fabulous. Cuz I mean, if I’m in North America and I want to find a property in Italy, it makes it a lot easier to find what you want when you can see it properly! ❤❤❤

Buildings looks like a modern build? No fireplaces? Nice land but expensive ...any olive production? Fruit trees?
The trulli saraceni are very old, while the villas are new builds in the old style

Hi Stefan haha sounds like me. But don't worry there are many empty houses in Italy because of demographic reasons (growing percentage of elderly people) and that is not likely to change soon unless there will be a sudden influx of foreign buyers.
