Regarding the second garage it is accessible. The street has kind of a ramp along that area so the wheels of a car can go on. The reason there are tables and chairs in that area is because there are summer celebrations in the town and the house is not inhabited so the town puts the area to a good use
Watched the presentation 3 times to make sure I saw everything. The potential of something amazing is there. Fiorella is correct . Room designation is unnecessary here. With the right floorplan(s)and a healthy budget this building could be amazing. The "fancy garage" is where it all starts. That particular space was something very grand. Excellent opportunity here.
ITS ABOUT TIME! ... today I finally realized the balcony railing w/middle section curving outward, must be made this way for your knees! ...that you can sit with greater comfort! Gosh seen many balconies and this style too...I finally got it! There is purpose to this style, making me believe this type would be, the most desirable of railings for Italian balconied homes.

Man oh man! I can totally see this as 4 separate living spaces. The garages I would convert to 2 studios. The ceiling are so tall you could build a 2nd story in there to act as the sleeping area. Then when you go up the main stairs that entryway could be divided on each side and make that into 2 separate units as well. Get them all fixed up, rent out 3 and keep on for your own!! Love love love!!
What fantastic potential for this grand home to come back to life over the time of renovation. Does that other entrance of the garage normally have access to enter by car or is it only via the first side? If only I could qualify for an Italian elective residency visa, I'd buy this in a an instant.

I have thought of buying a house in Italy, but the Italian reaction to Covid makes me hesitate. I won't take a vaccine but Italy and most of Europe forced it upon people. Does this still happen?
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, amazing, the potential in this house is everywhere. The space is nice without having it spread out over four floors. There is so much that can be done while keeping the Integrity of the house and not remove original features. I really like. Tanto amore da N.Y.

The second garage has no pathway to it so you could pull a car into. It looks like it’s cut off by the eating area. The house would be fantastic to renovate though lots of options lots of room would be wonderful. I didn’t catch a price.

Great house! Quite a bit of love needed, hopefully the original features will be saved...

NOW, That's a Garage! WOW! Hi from Canada, great jog at showing these beautiful italian villages! Ciao bella!
Great job in expaining the orientation of all those rooms!
Really a superb job
Love this house. ❤ wish I was there now.
All I can say is wow. It’s a lot to restore though. But certainly impressive.

Lovely home and yes with absolutely great potential. It has everything I’d think one would want in Italian home & making their own. ♥️
I love your videos! It is so relaxing to watch. This property has wonderful potential! It will be a beauty when it has been renovated!
Thank you so much!
Great location and with some TLC it would be a magnificent place to call home! So much potential! Thanks for sharing this property! Ciao and Grazie!
You both look really great!
Thank you!!
? Is the back garage actually accessible or would it be storage only. It’s looks like the area around it is being used and prevent access.

Oh thanks ❤
what happened to the cantina??
How large is the cantina.
Esta super grande la casa...😮... Pero necesita muchas remodelaciones... Pero si se cuenta con el capital para hacerlo estaria perfecta

Hi, I’m interested in the house. Can I get some of info ? Location?

How much was this house thanks
How does one access the 2nd garage? It appears to be cut off from the street by the cafe.

Just curious, what year do you think this was built?

This place needs a lot of work!
Do the owners take all their 'junk and rubbish'?
You can stipulate what you want done when you make an offer.
US 35 degrees is freezing 🥶 lol
