      The claw or the arm needing probably grease you gotta remember these trucks are grabbing around 700 cans a day so it’s a lot of wear an tear especially for a 15yo curotto can

    Where did you work before republic? Where did you get the prior experience with a cdl?

      @@tobiasjaramillo4383 I got my class A license when I was 19 during a 6mo period I did class A delivery work for a local company until I was able to get hired with a trash company and got hired with republic when I was 20 during the pandemic and since then I been with the company about to be 4 years

      @@illinoisgarbagetrucks probably not for awhile unless a good route comes available and I get a 10% bump in pay for being a relief driver so I’m enjoying the money

      ​@kylerabend7 pretty much you are at the beck and call of the location you work at. Any route any time. They'll even send us on rear loads as helpers when they need to. Which I hate doing.
