Is there a cap on skill damage reduction from skills? If I put Saladin skill on joan for Orleans is emergency protection and emblazoned shield less effective?
It doesn't scale up or down. Like the percentage of skill damage reduction is what it is. The exact percentage. So you get the full benefit of any and all skill damage reductions until it is 100% skill damage reduction
Could you explain William in a video. I never quite understood how his first skill worked where it says enemy cannot benefit from skill damage. I dont remember ever seeing anyone explaining this either. p.e. does it remove ysg 4th skill?
@@WarDaddyChadski I also have expertised zhuge and im planning zhuge+5551 herman and swaping ysg to shajar for my 2nd archer. or should i directly swap my ysg to hermann.my herman is 1111 rn
Let's take PUBG, for example, or counter strike, for example, You have your health bar, and there is a mechanism called armor. Now, what happens when you increase your health somehow by 100% is that you get 2 health bars. You get to live longer because you now have 1 health bar that lasts like 2 of them. On the other hand, if you buy armor (level 3 armor/helm in PUBG) or (Kevlar and helmet in the counter strike) that increases your defense to 100%, let's say. Now that armor (your defense) doesn't let your health bar drop so fast, and you get to live longer. Same/similar to health. But the difference is that defense reduces the white number you take (enemy attacks), and that's how you last longer. That's why it is said that defense counters attacks. Just like enemy bullets will deal less numbers on your PUBG character. On the other hand, health doesn't counter attack, but attack counters your health. Because no matter how much health you get, enemy attacks will keep hitting you with more numbers, but you'll still last longer. Why? Because you've now 1 health bar that acts like 2. But you're still taking damage. Let's talk about this mechanism in commanders. Richard 1 is a healer commander. count him as a health giving commander. He keeps taking damage, but also lasts longer because he heals, so you get to live longer. (Health buff) Martel, on the other hand, gives you a shield, reducing the enemy's attacks (white numbers) that's defense. Richard doesn't reduce the white number on your march, but martel does. That's how Martel (defense) counters enemy attacks, and Richard 1 (Health) gets pounded by enemy attacks. And when these 2 are fighting, Health wins. Why? Because Martel (defense) reduces the white numbers coming from Richard (health), which are already low since there's no attack present. On the other hand, Richard (health) gets to live longer because Martel (defense) doesn't have any attacks, too. But Richard (health) heals. Martel (defense) doesn't. Let's take a real-world example. You're given a knife the same as your enemy. You have armor (defense), but your enemy is a fitness freak (healthy) giant. The knives (attack) are sharp. You can still pierce through his abs in 1 shot because it's just a human body, and knives (attacks) are sharp. But he needs to cut your armor (defense) first in order to reach your skin. It will take at least 2 shots. Right? Idk how well i explained, but this is it. 😅 enjoy bro. 🍻

Chadski only made this video to show of his trades🤣 Kidding. All love brother😘 Good video
Wah Finally there is a guide for battle Report Thanks ❤❤❤
Thank you broskii
I never once clicked on troop buffs before now, and it's crazy.

At this point, I just like the video before 5 seconds pass HAHA
Very strong guide 🎉❤
Appreciate the videos
Great video again. But how about the city skin? Where can we see those buffs?
In your permanent buffs section.
@@pp1425Thx
Yes they are in the "Troop Buffs" tab. At the bottom.
Your intro reminds me a ton of garand thumb
Hey can you make a video on if we should dismantle epic pieces once we enter SOC
It is more about what to craft. As you upgrade each slot, you dismantle what you are upgrading.
@ thank you for the tip Chadski.

That is exactly it. He neutralizes any skill damage buffs of the enemy targets he hits.
what is stat of t5 sige from mayan? good stats?
No idea yet. But if they have a siege special troop, it should be fun.
Have not seen recent reviews of Shajar. Felt like she would need some time to settle in. Would you get her to drop Boudica or get Ash?
Good question. I think people still need to play with Shamar. Ideally you would love Shamar/Ash
🦅
Where are you getting gold armaments? You know what I mean

Daddy should i swap my ysg with hermann? i was planning to make 5551 hermann. Or should i swap my ysg with shajar?
I think Hermann 5551 behind Shajar is better than YSG behind Shajar. Just benefits all the marches

One thing remains unexplained to me is the exact difference between defense and health.

No... Unless you literally reduce skill damage by 100% 🤣🤣🤣
