We just bought it recently and we don't know how to remove the base of the blender. Please make a video on how to remove it properly so we can avoid unnecessary damage to the product. We weren't able to turn the base part. I hope that this can be addressed soon. Thank you
Hi, how can i remove the blade from the bottom of the glass jar so i can clean the blade properly with scrubber? Do i have to remove the 2 screws so i can remove the blade?
Hi Good day! The black plastic attached in the glass jar is removable. Note: It is hard to rotate and remove it at first but it is removable. No need to unscrew it. Thank you.

my daddy was able to figure it out how to remove the blade. just follow the drawing at the bottom of the jar base, rotate the inner part of the base following the unlock lock drawing, then push the blade from the top to slip it out in the bottom. It is just easy if there is instruction or video in youtube. 💕
Container and Blade Assembly Method #1 1. After use, add warm water and a splash of vinegar to blender jar. Turn ON and let the blender work the liquid for about 30 seconds. Pour out, rinse the blender jar well. Method #2 2. Fill the blender jar half way with warm water, add a small amount of liquid dish detergent and turn the unit ON for about 30 seconds. Repeat if needed. Rinse well. Method #3 3. If blender was left sitting until there is dried, crusty food bits inside: Fill with warm, soapy water (or vinegar water) and let sit for about 30 to 60 seconds. Empty water to about half and then blend for 30 second intervals until clean.

matigas yung blade ikotin sa ilalim, nilagyan na ng oil ganun pa rin, nilagyan ng wd40 matigas pa rin
