Thank you very much for this video. Postal staffs are doing their duty only. They are not aware about the parcel which contains. Also they are not supposed to get back the parcel from the customer after opening it.

after giving delivery in the system, the amount automatically transfers into their account. Staff also don't know which account it is. Moreover, anyone can send anything to anyone by quoting any amount, that's the point. It's up to customers to buy it. Any dispute between customer and seller needs to deal with. Also, u think they get the license to send mobile? they say it as goods only. U don't have a bill as u purchased a mobile to make a complaint. If you buy anything from Flipkart u get the bill, but here no bill too
We are giving payment to them by two methods. One is through VPP other is COD payment. Through VP we are booking VP emo to them. Through this we are having clear address. Also through VPP we are receiving original things.
But COD method , after giving delivery in the system the amount goes automatically to their account. We don't know the genuineness of address in this method. Most probably through COD only these duplicate/fake objects are coming. .

Payments methods has to be secured and common public should not be made suffered due the system or process flaws that a Govt firm India Postal Department has... Better get it fixed instead just raising up the hands that we cannot do anything .. We can always find a better way to serve the public... As narrator in the video said its been more than four years.. Still no actions been taken by postal department.. Govt firms are here to serve the common man not the scammers..

I had many phone calls from scammers(mostly female) few years back..they called me and said they are going to give me 5000rs wrist watch for 500 rs.. And When I asked for model number, she Blabbered.. She don't know any model name.. I had many of these kind of experience.. One women used bad word at the end when I said "no, I don't want"..I called back from other number and informed her that she will be in jail.. She switched of her number..
Please create one awareness video against "QNet Scam". Lot of youngster's from chennai, bangalore, Hyderabad are falling under this scams in the name of business.

Today nanum
While taking the parcel delivery, there will be Post office sticker on that parcel. This indicates from where the parcel is sent (i mean the location of post office). If you need to find the person who send it, either we go to the sender post office and find the sending date in which you can investigate the CCTV cameras around it and then we can catch the people who are doing this scam. Mostly the post office is not asking for ID proof or anything to send the parcel. The Indian government should be updated in these things.

Earlier they used the VPP mode of posts to cheat. A FIR has to be filed and then taken up with India Posts. Only then they can identify the account through which the COD amount is being remitted. These scammers might have multiple accounts with India Posts and tracing them would be a little difficult, but not impossible with a special team

I got this call before 2yrs, One lady contacted and shared the detailes like that! I followed her 3 days and one side i am arranging money to get the offer, but one day she feels that i am really poor, then she told that "dont buy" In that parcel there is no phone.
