Kudos to the team and both the brothers. I’m a graduate of SRM University and I remember meeting both of them. I must say that Vikas and Aakash are both down to earth people from a high class business family. I have never seen people like them. They always behave like a normal middle class people and mingle with everyone.
My Grand Parents have bought sweets from them for a long time.
I especially love their milk pedas and basundi.

Few business learning from this video,
- If being an outsider, learn the local language. Even the sweet owners names are in Tamil.
- Involve family members in all aspects of business. The sons are asked to be in production plan to know about the nuances,
- Spend only at necessary. Compare the hi-fi customer outlet with the mediocre production plant.
- Do not compromise on quality.
- Customer satisfaction is given utmost importance.
- High volume low margin concept.
- Be humble , Expand the business and repeat all steps effectively.
