Pretty cool. Once the sensor/camera quality improves in these 360 cameras they will really be something. As a photographer I'd love to see them use something like 1" sensors in these, but I know that would cost a fortune. Thanks for the video! Haven't done that trail, but went up Hawaii Loa months ago and I love that view.
howzitboy Oh for sure. The Gopro cameras use very small sensors inside as well. 8m hoping future models use better and larger sensors for better quality and also better in low light, so if you did a sunrise or sunset hike for instance.
i think they are cool! i watched the koko crater one and if u pan around to behind me, you can get a sense of how steep it really is. regular videos it doesn't look that hard!

the one that uses like 6 gopros would be too crazy expensive to use!! still came out cool!
