Thank you for the video. Obviously the default google maps is far superior, and I wish the handlebar controls was simply a controller for music & answering calls. I don't want to be locked into a standalone Honda app that is a downgrade from Google Maps. Since my helmet already fulfills this, there's little need for me to connect my phone to the motorcycle. I don't think the app is very well designed. It should've had a "dash" that showed navigation, music player, speed, gear etc at the same time.
Message notification can be seen but can we read & reply ?, if so how ?, what would be the cost of helmet integrated Bluetooth device ., does all helmets accommodate such Bluetooth device or specific helmet models can accommodate them ?, are such helmets sold at Honda big wing showrooms with Bluetooth devices or should be bought after market ?, if it is after market then which brand of helmet & Bluetooth device do motoroid recommend ?, what would be the cost of such combo ? Are such Bluetooth devices Siri supported in iPhones?, please give more details on these

Once it is connecting with road sync app, how to access the information like trip meter and distance to empty on mid through buttons on handlebar itself without reahing out to dedicated buttons on console?
App operation is complicated, consol lcd screen is so small and navigation is facility seems useless though we have to buy special हेल्मेट. its better to attach mobile and see all the information including navigation.

You can't connect more than one device at the same time to the bike, but, you can achieve it by connecting two devices (bike, headphone/helmet) to the mobile.

Meteor Tripper system is such a waste IMO. 1. Turn by turn navigation relys on Accurate data of routes but we hardly have such detailed info in India 2. Most entry/exits in roads are not 90° turns hence going by only left/right will mislead you 3. Tripper navigation requires Maps app in phone to stay active but once you screen off phone, Android/iOS will try to conserve battery and kill background apps thus, route what Tripper system shows would be unreliable 4. Tripper system requires GPS to be continuously on which drains battery. To help it, you'll turn on Data and also connect charger. These combo is very bad for phone, resulting in very hot phone 5. If you don't mind this and keep phone is covered surface like pant pocket or Tank bag, once phone reaches more than 45°c, OS might force shutdown phone as thermal runway (explosion) might happen So, to summarise, During long journeys, *Mount phone to holder where air can flow *Letting open air to cool phone a bit *Put Maps in navigation mode *Screen set to Lowest brightness This is reliable way to use GMaps, as from my experience. Even within Car keeping phone near windshield on direct sunlight, that could be the case
I guess one should concentrate on riding skills and presence of mind on the road on a bike rather having bluetooth connectivity on bikes it's baseless meaningless only extract money not all needed in practical life

When you connect your mobile to your bike through Bluetooth,u don't need to takeout your phone from pocket you can hear through headphones in voice mode when u receive a call or msg
My honda roadsync works only during first meters. Then stops - gps signal lost.
What can be wrong?
Your phone must be killing the app in background. Many android phones do that. Try to white-list the app so that it doesn't get killed

How to connect headphones and bike together with bike?
You can't connect more than one device at the same time to the bike, but, you can achieve it by connecting two devices (bike, headphone/helmet) to the mobile.

You can simply turn off your cellphone's Bluetooth
Go to settings. Auto connect turn it off in Honda sync app
Useless features. I wish they can remove all this and reduce the price by 5k.
