Love the way Freddie states no more references to witches then shows a broomstick in the next shot! Brilliant!
These videos are so beautifully put together, my favourite UA-camr by far. All credit to Monica too for your hard work making them so special.
We had one of those tables for years! Served us well, lots of Christmas', kids craft activities and boardgames played.
Brilliant Freddie, and of course Monika 👏🏻. Just discovered your podcast and now your UA-cam and can honesty say im loving both. Keep up the Stirling work ✌🏼✌🏼
I love the vibe of your videos. Because of your channel, I will have a long trip to England if God wills. Thank you
i love the history lesson like the general witch master, very interesting
thanks dobbs
Excellent relaxing video to start a Sunday morning, love these little places you find for a coffee and the old English towns you visit.. 🙌👌
love your shows Freddie..... really refreshing take on the area and obviously the bikes..... looking forward to the next one !!
I love Colchester & Chillingbourne. ❤❤
Banana cake is the food of Kings.
Add coffee and bike. Perfect ride.
Thanks for the reminder of Manningtree. Must go back.
Safe, happy travels 👍
Isn’t it!🍰
Loved this one, always makes me chuckle seeing the things you do with Monika, as a married man I can attest to the numerous amounts of furniture pickup requests from my wife, "don't worry it's fine, its not that big or too heavy" famous last words 😂. Keep up the great content brother, cheers from the US
We really enjoy your videos especially these where you visit small towns & villages we can put on our list to visit when down that way, recently went to Southwold which we loved. Hope the table isn't scratched to bits 🤣👍🙋♀️
Hi Freddie, great vid. Always good to remember: Meat is hung, people are hanged! It is an almost daily battle for me teaching this small piece of grammar.
the phrase " hung drawn and quartered" springs to mind
Damn it, I was told this last year and forgot!😳 Thanks for this🙌🏻🙂
Enjoyed this episode ❤️
Watching from Tenerife! A two weeks hol. Inspired to come here by your videos during your stay 2 years ago! Great video Monica and Freddie. Ducati looks good. Looking forward to your review. Safe riding. 👍 Pete and Caroline.
Ahhhhh Pete and Caroline. Have an incredible time!
Head over for lunch at Casa del Drago in Icod de los Vinos if you have time🙂🏝️
Thanks for the recommendation. Stinking hot out here Freddie! 👍
Great video, Vincent price was the witch finder general and in blackadder it was the witchsmeller.
Why aren't Freddie's videos on the front page of UA-cam? Pure quality! I learn so much about UK, bikes and other stuff
When ever we visit places of interest and old photos are on display I love to look at them, a moment frozen in time.
Likewise👌🏻
Your videos are very high quality... And UK is beautiful... 💛 From India
Nice one Freddie my local area for me nice to see you showcasing it again...Next time why not try the pavilion at Dovercourt sea front ( see their website as you need to book most of the time)...a fantastic lunch spot or just a coffee and cake spot....I think you will enjoy ....
Thanks Clive. Saved to my list👌🏻
I think Ducati has nailed the looks and aesthetics with this scrambler, just fun and playful and not too serious
Always been a fan of the Ducati Scrambler. I'd love an 1100. Nick J
Good stuff Freddie, I enjoyed this.
Love chilling out with you two on a Sunday morning!
Great video like always.
Love the vid, but you should have gone Colchester Kawasaki for lunch, its a great place for food, thier selection of bike is really good and the display "street" is so worth a video all of its own
They also have your favourite bukes from Royal Enfield and the new BSA Model
I look forward to your video and your view/reaction
Hi Freddie I see you visited my hometown of Brightlingsea to pick up the folding table. Pity you never had time for a look around, the waterside is a popular place to just sit and look over the harbour. Down the end of the promenade is a burger bar which is a popular visit for bikers and the lookout tower which has a bit of a lean on it. Good luck with your new enterprise and keep the vids coming. Ride safe m8.
Ahhhhh I had no idea! I’ve just saved this comment and I’ll make sure to return. Thanks James🙌🏻
Should come up to Norwich Freddie. Good bike culture here. Hunstanton too on the north Norfolk coast
Greetings from wales Freddie and Monika another great video 🏴❤️
Thank you, sending you all my best!🏴
Good content Freddie - I noted the shot of the Def 90 😉
Love the toilets in the red lion. I used to live in manningtree before I moved over here in Taiwan.
I’ve lived in Essex all my life and only visited Mistley and Manningtree for the first time this August bank holiday weekend. Stayed in the Mistley Thorn (Highly Recommended). You don’t always have to travel far to see somewhere a bit different.
This is so true. The amount of beautiful villages in Suffolk and Essex is huge- these places just go under the radar🤩
Read a novel, a couple of years ago, Freddie, called The Manningtree Witches, and based on the history you mention. It was an horrendously biased situation.
Oh, and it's 'hanged' not 'hung'.
Another excellent vlog.
This week!! Freddie buys a table! 😜
😆
Great video Freddie. Although I believe it’s the witchfinder general.
Damn it, did I call it the “witch master”, again?? I’ve got this name in my head, and for some reason I cannot stop saying it!
Fantastic start to a Sunday as always, looking forward to the review and seeing what product you are developing, I wish you both well in your venture, if it is anything like your videos it will be a great sucess.
I hugely appreciate it, thank you Dale!
Love videos like this…❤
Definitely should have had a look round Brightlingsea while you were there
Morning to you both. Pouring here in Wales today ! 🏴
Have a great, wet day, Mike. It’s all part of that Welsh charm❤️🏴
Just bought that exact table from IKEA this week :D
Looks like exactly the right fit for hobby/recreational/combined purposes!
It’s very very good👌🏻
when i am sat here by myself saying "It's lovely!" to a drop leaf table, i am realising i am getting old lol
How fitting at the timing. Its getting close to Halloween and its Salem's biggest tourist season. People love they're witch's.
Also some of the best areas and times for riding .
Right on time...can't wait to catch this day in a life vid absolute favorite!!
Ps: 4:30 Freddie just casually parallel parked like a pro & didn't even show
I hope you enjoy it!
You can fit a 500 in a shoebox, I bet he could get it in a space half the size
Another great put together video informative & interesting without going OTT! Well done guys!
PS Anymore news on your Triumph Freddie?
I delivered a load of tyres to a warehouse by Manningtree Station 30 years ago fom Pembroke Dock. Up and back in one go. Quite a day ! 🏴
That’s a very big day from Wales! Mannigtree’s probably barely changed since you were last there!
@FreddieDobbs To top it off I remember he was a right unpleasant git in the warehouse! 😂
I know you are a motorcycle "vlogger," but I really think you could film any aspect of your and Monica's lives and I would watch.
Yep, been selling some motorbike leathers on Facebook market place, first interest was a scam. Second seems good, guy is coming to take a look today. Fingers crossed! Thanks Freddie! Morning dose of quality youtube sorted.
Glad you’ve founded a buyer, Alec🤞🏼🤞🏼 I need to get some of my old biking gear on FB Marketplace too
@@FreddieDobbshow about creating a page of the stuff you would like to sell for your fellow viewers? I'm sure there are some interesting pieces we would like to take 😊
Mistley walls, my local haunt 😎
Tip: If it has drawers, remove them before moving it.
Same with women! 😂
I would bet that scratched up a bit Freddie😁 blankets or similar for protection and it's easier if you remove the drawers or strap them so they don't fall out sorry it was my first thought .😂Much prefer a cafe to a pub these days I always feel the ambiance is better imo ! .The Ducati Scrambler looks pretty good and I can see how it would have sold well in the States looking like a proper flat tracker it's a cool bike and no mistake nice one guys 👌👍
You’re right- I annoyingly did scratch the table quite badly😳
And I agree re cafes- they’re pretty much the modern day pubs now
@@FreddieDobbs 👍For future reference Fred if it is a dropleaf ratchet /tie around leaves of table to stop them flapping about & strap drawers as well if not removed. Or wrap with quilt or blanket , strap on top of covering of course sorry for repeating 😉👌I did cringe
Ohh Freddie, really wanted your in-depth review of the RE classic 350 prior to the Scrambler. I was waiting, waiting and waiting. Did I miss it? Was this the brief one in the park somewhere in a little town? Great day’s journey from the both of you👌 I thought Monika was going to put the camera down to assist you putting the folding desk in the Fiat… but alas, footage is important 😎😂😂 Thank you both for being cool🙌
I did consider doing another review on the Classic 350, but actually I didn’t change any of my thoughts on the bike compared to my review on it one year ago in Lithuania.
If you click on “playlists” and then “Motorcycle Reviews”, and then you’ll see my Classic 350 review🙂
I was desperate for help from Monika, but filming was more important😆🙋🏻♀️
@@FreddieDobbs you are correct! I do remember Lithuania ⭐️
I would like a couple of Freddie videos with the xsr700 which catches my eye a lot recently! Please 😊
Great history lesson, not sure about going sockless tho
Love Sundays coffee in bed and some of my favourite vloggers have posted. Pure pleasure. Thank you indeed. Really don’t like that ducati looks or purpose. Still no bonny?
Thank you🙌🏻 I’ll call the mechanic to chase regarding the Bonneville tomorrow🤞🏼
Morning Freddie!
Morning, Nick! Have a good’n:)
hi Freddie and Monica, Pendle hill in Lancashire is real witch country you should visit in and around this area good biking roads, love your content you both work well together x
ebay might be a better source. I just bought some drum parts from a shop in the UK. :)
Hi Fred, hope you’re having a good week. Another enjoyable watch or should I say witch 😂. And new on the bonneville?
Nicely done😆🧙 I’ll chase the mechanic tomorrow- he’s got the part but has a big backlog of work😳
Hi Freddie, the original Scrambler for the U.S. market was a single cylinder light weight off road machine. A far cry from the modern heavy weight twin. I've just bought one for restoration! It's a beautiful old classic.
Good point! This sounds brilliant- I hope the restoration goes well👨🔧
5:50 For half a second, I thought you’d found a big sofa to buy🤣
(I don’t think that would fit in the car!)
I did want to attach a roof rack to the Fiat as there’s some big furniture I want to buy. Monika has point blank refused to allow me to add a roof rack (I think it’d look brilliant!)
Forget the Beemer E30, that pink Micra is super super rare, I reckon.
Have you guys been to Dedham and Flatford Mill yet? Definitely worth a video.
Found out a few years ago my wife is a distant relation of Matthew Hopkins the Witch Finder General (her maiden name is Hopkins) 😂
Noooooo way!! That is quite the claim to fame😆
What make is the table , Freddie? My other half wants one !😊
Looks like barn hall. Hope you visited Colchester Kawasaki when down there.
That's a solid guy right there.
Fred would you ever do a long term review for the harley 48 sportster with the little peanut tank, just to see how you can get on with it , jerrycan and the likes
👍👍
Will you be getting a hold of the triumph 400 scrambler? Would love to see a review. Currently cruising around Bali on nmax
Yep I’ll make sure I borrow one as soon as poss🏍️ Have a brilliant time in Bali!
Random thought: Freddie's better suited to a bike than a car (seriously mate - keep ya hands on the steering wheel!).
Would love to see you review the Yamaha XSR700
I loved you pointing out the old BMW across the road while totally ignoring the BMW I4 next to you.
I had to just google the i4!😆
I've got that table. It's a lot lighter without the draws mate
Were you not worried?
Taking Monika 😂
I was a bit!😆
Cool table tho
can you imagine...living during the time you would have to deal with a "witch master general"...crazy what happens when religion rules...enjoy the film and pie...excellent video as always..
If you could get a test ride of the Yam XSR700 Legacy I’d be interested how they compare and how they do up the odd green lane Freddie, 💡 best to you and M 👋 JB 🏴
I like the look of this. I’ll contact Yamaha this week as this is quite different to my recent test bikes👌🏻 All my best to you JB🙂🏴
PIVOT!!
At 3:50 you had a new M3 right behind you, then you pointed at the bmw in the distance😂did you even notice the m3?
I’m embarrassed to say I completely missed it!😳
Love the denim jacket … is it a biker jacket? 12:23
Thanks Stevie, it’s just my old Levi’s Trucker jacket (not a biker one).
@@FreddieDobbs looks cool
I must be going mad, I just watched a video about a biker buying a table😊
😆
Reminds me of those ratbikes from Judas Priest videos, just put in Barbie movie.
Like, Bentley vs. firetruck shorts or so.
Need start going gym Freddie 💪
Any news on your Triumph Freddie?
I need to chase the mechanic tomorrow. The gasket arrived at the mechanic on around the 4th of September, but the mechanic’s now so clogged up with work and hasn’t had time to put it all back together.
Please make video about you.. How and why you started youtube.. WHat is your backround... WHat is your real profession..
Why dont you have aircon in your cars?
We do, 95% of the time.
The problem for my partner Monika is, she trusted me to pick the car…
I then went out and bought the cheapest 500 I could find and decided to save money and buy one with no air con. If was a very bad decision on my part🥵
@FreddieDobbs Be aware there is an impersonation account (pretending to be you) posting replies to peoples comments on your videos.
Fairly new subscriber Freddie, enjoy your content. Your a lanky #ugger, and a total short arse.😊. Meant that in a good banter way.
I was very ill during pandemic. I blame vaccines. Crohn’s, septic arthritis and pancreatitis. Blah blah.
Got medical retirement.
So decided to get a bike, was petrified, due to abdominal discomfort I get on daily basis.
So, I thought, if too uncomfortable I can sell it.
Fast forward 7 months…….I now have 2 bikes. Royal Enfield 350 Meteor (now modified up) as I was struggling on tippy tip toes, I decided on a New Honda Rebel 500se. Thankfully, I can flat foot it.
Bumble the Meteor, I owned for 3 months, was offered a £1000 less than I paid. And spent money putting on, low seat, crash bars, heated grips, fly screen, sump guard, touring mirrors, deluxe foot pegs. So I decided ……hey, I don’t dislike Bumble. When I stop for a latte, in Aberdeenshire, it’s a talking point with passer by’ers.
I now added a red rooster exhaust and DNA filter and plate, giving her a lovely sound. Might look into getting someone to lower her, so I can put more feet on the ground.
My Rebel, is great too, I added crash bars, rear seat rack, heated grips, and bar risers.
I am now convinced this has helped my health greatly!
3200 miles on Meteor, and 1800 on Rebel……so be time to remain in the garage,as winter looms.
Hopefully the shivers, and cold feet and hands stay at bay, this winter. But, I now got next summer to look forward too.😊
And plenty UA-cam videos to watch till then.
If up this way,and you require a wee Royal Enfield to use, then your most welcome (Aberdeenshire) keep up the good work.
Wee Mark 😊
IKEA ;)
Was that a samosa for lunch 😮
It was… and it was delicious!
@@FreddieDobbs I am so glad you had a samosa. We usually have this as an evening snack with 🫖 tea
Please come to India and get a RE Himalayan and explore the Western ghats of India
Freddie , I’m loving your vids , but please please keep at least one hand on the steering wheel of your fiat at all times
Your channel is better than TV Freddie!
Thank you so much, Tim🙌🏻
So, If she weighs the same as a duck...She's a witch!, especially if she has a carrot for a nose...!! Thanks for the tour of olde world England Freddie..A Ducati scrambler isn't for me though ..900SS bevel drive is more me...again!
This probably wasn’t far off their witch hunting criteria😳🧙
Good shout on the 900SS!
Freddie are you buying a new bike or you sticking to the bonneville? What’s the update? Apologies for my terrible spelling lol
Spot on spelling, Chaz🙂
Very good question. I think I’ll be keeping it, but I am genuinely curious to see how I feel about it when I eventually pick it up!
@@FreddieDobbs as so will I and the rest of us! Looking forward to it.
But you couldn't shove a table into a 320i....
I agree!
Hello brother 🤙🤙
Morning Tony🤜🏼🤛🏼
