Magnuson Supercharger Install Pt7 *Porting the supercharger snout*

in today's video we bring you along with us as we do some porting on this Magnuson TVS2300 Supercharger snout to fit the Katech 103mm throttle body. While we are on down time waiting for parts to arrive. ENJOY!!

Very nice! Look at using some gasket maker sheets to get a really good seal! you can buy it at autozone or oriellys. to really help with the silicone sealant.

Late to the party but I just found your video. I am going to port the snout like you did. But I was thinking of get a 203mm metal hole saw blade and it should fit right in the O ring grove. What do u think about that? Then clean it up with the dermal. 😮😮

I actually ended up filling it my hand and use a drill with head porting sandpaper.

any updates on how this ended up working out? any issues running the 103 on the snout? some people said they had flutter or issues with low rpm throttle when cruising. It never had issues?
