I like how joker is basically the only criminal supporting Batman. He may be his worst enemy, but he is the most fun thing in Jokers life, if he dies his chaos would have no meaning.
Or crime no punchline
Exactly.
"I don't wanna kill you! What would I do without you? Go back to ripping off mob dealers? No, no. No! No, you... complete... me!"
Yeah it's literally one giant twisted superhero episode of "Two Best Friends"
I find it hilarious when Joker occasionally saves Batman from other villains, it’s like Joker is “territorial” about Batman being HIS enemy and not some other villain’s enemy😂
I love how Joker is basically the commentator of most of the fight.
Lmao like a soccer mom

Love how joker doesn’t interfere he’s just annoying Batman 😅
If he was close to death I am pretty sure he wouldve tried to do something, he would not let someone else kill batman
Or inspiring him.
Indeed
Is he annoying him or is he giveing him hints on how close Clayface is to him?
@@Zylo82 Hmm possibly
When he said scene it was probably him going like "and now bats is gonna counter attack"
I love funny joker. I don’t like it when the writers forget his whimsy side and just make him full psycho weird without any comic relief.
@@artmienz3077 that part

where the hell is Jokers comedy.
He is the " JOKER " for a reason.
thelouisfanclub like when he cut off his face and wore it and did a turn that frown upside down joke and he turns his literal face upside down (looking through the mouth). Death of the family was a great run.
Hulkieus personally I found the new 52 Joker a bit extreme. I mean. It was a great run, all of it, especially the storyline and the art. But the Joker was really horrifying and his “jokes” weren’t really funny to anyone but him. I definitely wasn’t smiling reading it!
However I guess that’s true to the original joker character if you look back to stuff like detective comics #62 or Batman #260. His “jokes” are actually really lame 😂 I guess that’s why he became a criminal and not a comedian
"Why so serious?"
'Cose you ain't funny. And that's a sad thing for a clown. :(

Note how well Joker knows batman. He says "And scene.." while also showing seriousness for a second because he knows Bats is about to do something now that Clayface got close.
Zen
It was almost like he was giving Bats an audio clue that Clayface was in range. Even going so far as to project his voice into the wall when Bat's head was covered.
That's also potentially him distracting Clayface, who is obsessed with acting and film stuffs. Subtly manipulating Clayface into thinking he had won, when in reality Joker knew Batman was going to do something, and was commenting on it in the same few words. So comedy, wordplay AND manipulation- the Joker trifecta lol
@@LedZedd That's right! I didn't even think about it that way. Pretty clever to figure that out.
He's probably just enjoying watching, too - not just for Batman taking a beating, but he knows how resourceful Batman can be as an opponent - might be nice to watch how things play out just as a spectator, not as a participant.
The fact that the joker knew when Batman was going to break out and the fact the he encouraged Jim to help out Batman goes to show that if Batman really didn't have a plan and was about to die the joker would definitely helped out
Joker was helping the entire time.
1: His "scene" first distracted Clayface.
2: When Batman's head was being covered, Joker turn to the wall, projecting his voice into it so Batman could still hear it.
3: Joker ended his scene right when Clayface was in attack range.
4: Joker told Gordon to attack, serving as another distraction allowing Batman to win.

1:04 That killed me lol. Love how Joker just yells at Gordon "Gordon! As usual you're laying there with your thumb up your as. Do something man!"
Why is no one talking about Gordon's aim? Three perfect headshots, then he could barely hit dude's massive shoulders.
I can't tell you how many times during a game I can hit perfect headshots repeatedly and then a minute later suddenly I can't hit anything ever. Gordon had my aim
He didn't look at his left monitor.
I think, after the headshots didn't kill, he was just trying to slow him down by putting as many rounds in him as quickly as possible. That made his accuracy worse, but it didn't matter since Clayface was so close.
I don't think he /was/ "missing". I think he was smart enough in the moment to realize that when you tear off 75% of something's head, and all it does is get it's attention, you clearly aren't shooting in the right spots. I think Gordon was searching for weak points, the way anyone would fighting a Boss.
@@michaelwestmoreland2530
Exactly this. When the head doesnt work see if there's a heart somewhere, or a support structure that's hidden.
I lost it when Joker thought Batman was divorcing him for Clay face
Batman would never divorce Joker
Given the degree of overacting, I'm led to believe Joker was just taking the opportunity to be awkward, and screw with people's heads. Especially with the "and scene" comment at the end as Batman was about to do something. I'd honestly be unsurprised if this version of Joker was a theater kid at some point, and that informs most of his actions: his brain is constantly in actor mode, and he was commonly cast as the villain.
@TheEnderSmirk The Joker in the comics is basically 40 percent theatre kid, 30 percent 4chan user and 30 percent serial killer
@@alchemistofsteel8099 I've never seen a more perfect description of the Joker before.
Joker: How many others are there? No don’t tell me!

2: He faced the wall, projecting his voice into it when Batman's head was covered.
3: He ended his scene to indicate when Clayface was close enough.
4: He told Gordon to attack (another distraction) to give Batman the chance to win.
I like to imagine Gordon knows the gun won't work on Clayface, and is just trying to see if he can hit the Joker by shooting through him so he can say it was an accident.
Holy shit Gordon you finally killed the costume freak vigilante the rest of the force has been trying to arrest for years. And here we thought u were useless as commisioner
No idea why but I thought Joker was gonna grab a device from Batman’s utility belt

Man, have you seen how joker tricked Gordon to attack clayface so that clayface become distracted and attack Gordon and release batman so that the batman get some time to think and defeat clayface..
Joker is Genius and awesome
Not only that:
1: His "scene" first distracted Clayface.
2: As Batman's head was being covered, Joker turned towards the wall to project his voice into it so Bats could still hear it.
3: He ended his scene right as Clayface was within attack range.
He also knows a lot about chemistry
@andrew hager being joker means having a plan already embedded in the brain..
@andrew hager the joker does have plans, and a lot of them at that
@andrew hager Well sometimes he doesnt have an exact plan of where it will go but sometimes he does, for example The Dark Knight, I know it's not animated and idk if you've seen it but he does have a full-blown plan in that movie and its extremely thought out. The Joker is chaotic, yes, but he's not irrational or stupid, hes an absolute genius and thinks far outside the box in many instances. He's a calculating, manipulative kind of insane but his chaotic behavior is very well thought out. He is chaotic in the sense that he is unpredictable but not in the way that hes not sure what he's going to do next in any situation.
1:08 Joker telling Gordon to do something. You can see he really cares about Batman...
Actually, he just said what we all were thinking! Gordon, move your ass off the ground and DO SOMETHING ALREADY!!!
Pretty sure he was just getting desperate for someone to intervene because he doesn’t want someone else to kill Batman.
@@iamMildlyUpsetWithMostOfYouTub That's literally the same thing 💀
Why is Joker so great in this?
Because he knows hes not the focus villain of this run, and gets to just be the whimsical trickster...with a body count behind him.
I love how Joker really knows Batman, He knew Batman would get out of that situation and to portray it,after his jealous girlfriend act he says "End scene" and at that moment starts Batman's counter attack
And or audible cue to batman so bats would know clayface was close enough to go for the face.
Or both. The joker when does well is a terrifying and fin villain as well as a genius.
