In today's video I'm joining my friends Janice Gilhooley and Julie Carriere to make tags using the Close to my Heart Holiday Express stamp set. I'm using TriBlend markers, acetate, paint pens and some Distress Oxide ink blending to create these fun tags. I hope you enjoy the process!
