The stenciled flowers turned out beautiful!
I love this layout! And thank you for taking us through your process for choosing your papers and colour combinations- especially when you were using the stencils. When you started with the green for the roses, I thought oh no, not green for flowers! But when it was finished and had been die cut it was really stunning. I’ve taken a screen shot and will be scraplifting this lovely page, I think thats the best compliment I can pay you 👍🥰
My sentiments exactly!! As soon as you started talking about what to back your photos with I was telling you it had to be the purple colour, & couldn't wait for you to try it out. Then when you said that you were going to use that stamp & stencil set I was overjoyed as it is on my wish list so I was happy for you to demo it for me & my mouth just dropped open in awe as I watched you going through the layers!! Oh my gosh, what a beautiful rose it makes, almost as gorgeous as the rose sitting beside me that my great granddaughter (Miss 5) gave me for mother's day yesterday!! I am going to have to order it now - sooner than later... The way you laid out the page was ABSOLUTELY beautiful & has to now be one of my most favourite pages. How gorgeous would that rose be around a wedding day photo!! Especially if that other stamp of the lace that Jayma purchased was used as well!! It is a page I would be framing & hanging on my wall!! 😂 🥰

Yes I just had to go with the purple, it made those photos "sing"! I hope you have fun playing with the Layers of Beauty when you get it, a wedding layout would be gorgeous with this set for sure!
Wow, the method of colouring these flowers looks super cool (and kind of easy) if someone just started the scrapbook.
Layering stencils/masks are the easiest, fastest and most reliable way to get stunning results every time when it comes to colouring flowers. It's definitely beginner friendly.

The ease of using stencils to colour florals makes me happy every time! More please 🤣 I chuckle every time Isabella says "I like you" to me and I'm trying to get better about documenting these little things. The stuff that comes out of her mouth is hilarious!
This page looks lovely and those layering stencils make beautiful embellishments. Thanks for showing your thought process on choosing papers. I am one of those people who keeps changing my mind and take forever to get a page finished😊. Trying to scrap quicker as I have limited scrapbook time right now and just want to finish my pages.
I'm in the same boat! I can take forever to pick paper and decide on embellishment placement...but my time is limited so I have to find ways to speed myself up! That pretty floral paper almost derailed me, but I kept going! lol

I hadn't thought of using the Nature's Sweetness pack like that, but I think that would work great! I need to take Isabella to Drum, she's been into dinosaurs lately and I think she'd get a kick out of it. Mother's Day was perfect, a little sad to see it end! 😂🤣
@@ChelseyVorosmarty not an original idea. Dorothy from Scrapbooking Quebec made an awesome layout with the paper with photos from the Tyrell Museum. I think it would work for photos of the Hoodoos and the suspension bridge, and maybe even the Bleriot Ferry.
Thanks for sharing your tips! It's so easy to get caught up in the decision-making process with papers. Your title made me laugh because my son says the same thing. He's never said "I love you," but twice he's told me that he likes me (he's seven). He gives awesome hugs, though, that express his feelings perfectly! 😁❤ Beautiful layout! ❤❤
