So this channel is pretty much abandoned now, but you caught me at the right time. This method is called dredging, and yes you can use it to deep fry just about anything. Chicken breast was just an example that I used. I also use this to deep fry flavored balls of goat cheese (you may look it up on this channel under "umami bombs"), pickles, and green tomatoes.
