Note that Warren Buffett’s personal residence is only worth $1.4 million. And his net worth is in the multi billion dollars. The American consumer does not seem to understand that your personal residence is actually your biggest liability during the course of occupancy. Especially if you have a mortgage on that property. The lady speaking at the start of the interview is correct, you need liquidity and consistent cash flow in order to plan for retirement. Good luck.

There`s probably tons of videos on this on youtube already, but your advice about not investing in something you don't understand resonates with me, and i find your explanations clear and easy to understand. I remember when I learned how to cut my own hair from your video 🐶that was a long time ago. We both had succeed since then I can’t complain…. I’m not a millionaire yet but I almost almost there. Few more years and I will. Back in that video I couldn’t make my suburban payments now I give my wife a Porsche as a gift.

why would i need credit? I have so much assets in cash just like you do. there is no need for credit. I don't ask for a loan ever. I have a credit card but it is a secured credit card it's my own money down in advance. I only need it for car rentals and some online stuff like upwork or some random other things.

I grew up surrounded by people with money. Trust fund babies who never had to work a day in their life, including cousins I had to endure twice a year. I was poor. I am one of the slow kids and can't learn like you or any other normal person. So all these people never lifted a finger to care about me or help me. Instead they were the ones that bullied me and made fun of me and later in life just disrespected me. Long story short I am
poor still but happy I don't have to look at them anymore. :O( ....sigh

Hi Aaron you’ll probably not see this but I’m 18 I have a decent job right now I’m working on getting a lineman job to basically get “big boy money” I’ve looked at the empire and I think it would be great for me which I will join when I get a better job I’ve been watching you since I was 10 years old and you’ve always inspired me and I thank you for that if I had a million dollars I’d retire my dad pay off everything and buy him a new truck and I’d build a house and a ranch for me to raise my family on I currently live on a decent sized cattle farm which I plan to take over but my over all dream is to have a big ranch that generates millions and just enjoy my time with my family which I know somehow in my heart I will do bc I don’t have a choice I plan to talk to you soon Aaron thanks for all the awesome videos stay safe

If I had enough money, I'd buy a house near a st. Judes childrens reasearch hospital and handle all expenses. These hospitals can be hundreds of miles away from a family.
