Some top Alpha advice right here man, yes, yes and yes!!! One of the best videos I hope people watching let it really sink in this is the same strategies Billionaires follow to get to where they are today. Also, I think paint the ducts black it would look more uniform and really pop against the white walls.

As a millionaire , I recently started a Travel UA-cam channel. I told a few ppl about it but most just responded with the ‘why would u make a UA-cam channel if you’re a millionaire already’ the answer is because I want to. End of story 🙏 don’t let others sway you away from your passion.

You sound like your a dead millionaire though .. is that the case ? Does your physiology remember what it's like to smile ? Honest questions.. sad we live in a world where everyyy video I see says "forget your friends" , "self isolate", "detach", "stop caring" ... Did u stop caring for a certain period of time ? An then start caring about humans again ? Or are you dead inside now ? Real questions here no judgement

@@CalmyExcitedironically enough, detaching from everything and to stop caring makes you 100x happier. You still love, you just stop caring about problems that life throws at you, things out of your control, & what people think of you. I did the same thing a few years ago and then found success shortly after. Have never had better relationships, health, etc…in my life. When you let go, the weight & unhealthy stress goes with it. You begin having full trust in all situations, that things will always work out.

My opinion for aspiring millionaires is you need to be both a dividend investor and a growth investor, basically how i made my first million also i use an FA Dianne Sarah Olson For example if I just got a 1000% gain on NVDA and then pulled 85% of the money out and went into a load of more stable dividend stocks like CVX So I would say diversify, but also use those growth opportunities to build the capital to invest in the dividend payers (or in cash flowing real estate)

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

That’s a great view especially if you’re young. I’m in my 50s and wish I would have made that decision when I realized a 9/5 isn’t my thing. Self employed or freelance was more suited for what I wanted to do.
I remember when the internet became a thing, when UA-cam became a thing, when Seo did, and then social media blew up. Any of those were opportunities to take advantage of.

@51- I just realized how much of a negative effect, doing what others thought I should be doing, has had on my entire life. (99% was family). Coming from a broken home at an early age, I felt like I had 2 different expectations to meet. Dad said I needed to do this..... Mom said I needed to do that....all in good intentions but devastating to my future. Especially, when I was pushed to do things I really didn't feel comfortable with doing. So, for the last 5 years, I have been learning how to tell people no or just straight out ignoring them.

Leave it SILVER!! I’ve been a private gym owner for 25 years, former competitive bodybuilder of 10 years and son of a “golden era” national bodybuilding champion. I LOVE unique, gym design ideas with “old school” feel…overall industrial with black iron, raw metal, brick, etc elements. “Old school” doesn’t mean dirty, unorganized or outdated…it means HEART, HISTORY and ATTITUDE! Those bare metal pipes are the touches that represent the “raw iron” and basic elements of work and sweat necessary to create and improve our human canvas.

It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. you should paint the ductwork with something similar to a truck bedliner, so like a matte black, but it has a texture it actually has grit to it, that’s my opinion. Also, you’re super brave. I admire you, you’re an inspiration and most of all I’m super proud of you.

Is this something you can help me with in the Mpire, or is it only about white label businesses?
I would love to learn from you.

I left my abusive husband nine months ago… he stole all of the cash from our bank account… equalling 530,000. Then three months ago our home burned down. Im not sure if this story can be worse! I’m trying to figure out what to do. Just hurt myself and my children. I’ve been homeschooling mom for 22 years. I have zero expertise in anything apart from family meals, and taking care of kids. My husband always told me that I would be homeless and broke if I ever left him. I’m so grateful to. I’m so scared to start, but I’m also.oddly excited. ❤Thank you!

Paint the HVAC tubes either matte black or pick a bold color and totally go for it, like vintage orange etc. Remember, you can always give it a new color later if you don’t like it or just to change it up!!

Great point about hiring someone smarter than you. I once worked for a, Berkshire Hathaway company. After a short lecture about how the companies under that umbrella operated, I came to the conclusion that, Warren and Charlie, were simply smart enough to hire people that were smarter than them and could have otherwise been their competition.

I guess you really have to ask yourself, what is more important, If you want It to blend in, be an accent, a focal point or disappear, if you want to blend in Then black is not your color. If you're looking for the industrial look, It's hard to Beat silver color. I'm not a fan but If was doing what you're doing,I would treat it as an accent to make it part of the look, But what I'm conveying is not important, what is important, is what appeals to you and your family.

Box in the pipes. looks like a mistake. If you want an industrial look you can do flat steel panels with flat steel framing about every 4 feet (depending on your total length. Riveted connections for the panels at the frame. (42 yrs in construction & design, 120 plus new builds).
