Another question, do you have any ideas how to prevent head aches?

We have some basic ideas how to prevent headaches, but you surely are aware of them:
      - enough and good quality sleep
      - being hydrated
      - reducing tension in your muscles around your neck, shoulders and jaw muscles
      - eating all the essential nutrients
If you find yourself doing all of these tips and still have headaches regularly, you should consult your doctor. She/he might be able to help!

    Some suggestions for your Channel:
    1. Your video editing is all great. But your audio editing just needs a bit more touching. Like swoosh and all those sounds..
    2. And the background music should be something else not hip hop.
    3. Voice sounds kinda dead and very monotonous. As if I am sitting in a class.
No need to by hyper excited either but something that you can learn from watching "what I have learnt" or "odds1out" .
I would suggest you to implement these things if you want to increase your subscriber base, in your old videos also by re-uploading if you desire.
    Best of luck!

Donʼt eat pesticides or herbicides....eat pasture raised eggs and meats.

Most environmental pollutions come from animal products, because of the aggregation up the food chain. Pasture raised "eggs" and "meats" (let's not forget the animals involved in the process...) do not really have an advantage here. The pasture can still be contaminated, and the pollutants will aggregate nonetheless. Pasture raised also does not mean that the animals will exclusively feed on grass.
Your solution also is not sustainable, we don't have enough land to raise enough pasture raised "farm animals" for that.
The best way avoid pesticides and herbicides is to eat the plants directly, and make sure to choose organic for the "dirty dozen" most polluted produce.

Factory farms are atrocious at least. More along the lines of an abomination. Boycott Factory foods and farms.

    Great! Thank you.
I see why forced cannibalism leads to accumulation of environmental toxins in farm animals and their consumers, humans.
Thanks for the understandable explanation 😊
