I remember in a video back when they were in Israel, Ethan turned the camera on Hila for 5 seconds and she was visibly dying inside from being nervous. Hey when I worked in hospital for a while we used saline solution things that pump through your nose like that! Usually its just in a bottle you can squeeze.
They are incredibly useful and can stop sinus infections and other really bad things. Also help with sinus pain and sinus related headaches.
Use warm water and saline solution (essentially salty water), and its not too bad. Warm water helps it feel less shocking.
If you get sinus infections you genuinely need to experiment with these.
