Psara (Ψαρά) is a small mountainous Greek island located 22 km west of the island of Chios. In 1824, the Turks landed on Psara and completely destroyed the island in revenge for their participation in the Greek Revolution. Of the 30,000 inhabitants, only 3,000 survived. Today, the population is around 500. Psara offers visitors plenty of tranquillity and beautiful beaches. The northeasternmost known Mycenaean settlement has been found in the Archontiki area, along with 163 tombs. From the island of Chios, Psara can be reached by boat from the ports of Limnia (Volissos) or from the town of Chios.

My next door paradise island!!! I'm from Lesvos, it's near, but 6 hours by the line ship, cause it stops firstly at Chios port and then to Psara. If it was the first stop, it would be a 3 hours journey.

Robert, is there no free greek music that you can use for your videos, without having copyright problems? Because the music adds a whole lot to the plesure of watching. It's transposes you there. The current music you use, kind of puts watching experience out of context. Would be an effort but would worth it for us, Greece lovers. Appreciated. Thanks.
