Kindly do not listen to anyone. Please enquire if you are passionate about going to USA. Please take a call. Usa has been the best country. Had it not been best it does not become so popular. Use your common sense rather listening to others. Chase whatever your desire is.

one cannot just do what he desires. There are several factors for making an crucial decision to whether go or not. i myself have got Visa for a uni. at florida , usa. But, i am sceptical whether to take such huge loan and risk it and go or not. That's why i still haven't booked my flight.

@@praveenkumar-yo1xg Well here in India I have a stagnant job ( there's no going up in my field). I just applied to this whole USA process just blindly thinking let's just shoot an arrow in the dark. Now, i am afraid of the real life implications if i fail there in USA. For guy like me, 25 Lac Loan at 12.25% ROI IS just a big risk. I am thinking like for just to live / no sorry for just to experience an extravagent life AM I PUTTING ME & MY PARENTS IN A DEBT TRAP ?

Hi folks the inflation and job market in the US has just started to cool down this quarter . Layoffs are still going on with GM and Intel laying off people . Keep following the news and wait out and if you plan to come to the US . Also remember there is a huge GC backlog for Indians here and it will take at-least 15 to 20 years of your life to get it based on the current laws unless you want to do a PhD / File it in EB1 / EB5 . If you see better opportunities in other countries would be worth it to consider those keeping long term goals .

Going abroad and studying now a days have become either over rated or a real trap. This era is of startups. Either one can take loans and go abroad to study for 2 years, search jobs for 6 months or take that same money and be your own boss

You don't need to have a BA degree to work as a BA. Almost all BAs start in job market start with engineering or business management degrees.
Also the work of a BA is not very AI proof.

Please change the title to - Is Master's in USA worth it if you are looking for a job in USA otherwise it gives a wrong impression to students who come to USA to do their MS not for the sole purpose of getting a job. Their objective is to go into research or come back to their home country. Also, 50K is a on the low end to be able to complete a MS taking into tuition and living costs especially on the east and west coasts.

Okay, new subscriber here. And I really appreciate any insight you can give. Based on my questions, you would know that I am still figuring this out.
1- Im in Malaysia and I think, based on some videos, chat with gpt etc, that moving in the US and being hired there is better than waiting for remote work, especially global remote
2- I am contemplating whether I wanna pursue a degree/masters. Here's why. Many said that doing courses and certifications are enough, if we couple with projects. My qualms is that if I wanna climb and easily spotted for work, wouldnt it be best to have degree/master (with skills from certs and projects) than not to have it?
3- I love your point, which is to drive ourself more towards AI focused role because its going to be heavily invested by a lot of companies, both tech and non tech
4- Based on all this, is it wrong for me to build my skills until im able to land a role in analytics locally, but invest my time to go deep in data science. While at the same time, get a scholarship or a program to do masters in related subjects in a US company while working for them (so I can make a move there)?
Appreciate the reply whenever you are free.

Few universities in USA offer affordable stem course, but what you are briefs are highly competitive course,
You can't get and finish degree in even 30 k USD.
So in problem in recession we should get degree in some reputed University,
Other wise feel pressure to get internship and job's.

In 2022, I was accepted to MS in US , which would have cost me around 65,000 on fee alone
At the same time I cracked a job interview for a European company and decided to ditch my masters for job.
I now earn close to 75k per year. 😎
Not to turn anyone off for wanting to earn a degree but make sure not to go into huge debt for it. Also do it for a degree that makes your time and money worth it.

Now USA bleeding at two front war RUSSIA UKRAINE and ISREAL PALESTINE with in three years we will see another front of war also china taiwan these all prices are paid by USA taxpayers and USA citizens not by politicians , big corporates and big instituitions and currently more than 3000 banks in USA are lead to fail i mean BANK RUN which mean you cant go and take your own money from your own bank account we will see all these things after elections untill this government will try to sell lot of lies we will fine our economy fine very well like this ........
