My daughters have very severe nose bleeds ive tried everything and even a ent the pediatrician formal pediatrician only brushed it off as normal. I have never saw big clots come out if someones nose or mouth, until my kids.

I have nosebleeds at least 2-3 times a month and I have no idea why. To be honest I live in a dessert and that might be it but if anyone is seeing this and learned to stop it with a technique not shown in this video(only because I've tried it)
Simply saline arm and hammer brand, keeps your nose hydrated or regular saline. It's safe to use daily. And drinking lots of water

Make sure No dry air goes into. Your nose
Pinch the soft part of yours nose ( not too hard ).
Put some pressure on your Nosebleed. With your Tissue - Cloth - Ect.
And NEVER Tilt your head back or it would go into your Stomach and Your stomach would Not like that

This does not help for me cause when I pinch my nose ( and I'm pinching it in the right place) more blood just comes out
I just find the nearest sink and let it drain out there. It takes a bit longer but it works.
Also when more blood comes out it’s just it building up inside your nose so I wouldn’t do that if I were you.
